Chase Bank S Atlantic Blvd, Monterey Park

A great local Chase bank. Small in scale but has a security box section. 2 levels of parking. Not the best entrances and exits though. 3 atm machines. Account services. Tellers. Automatic tellers.

Chase bank is as fake as it sounds. I was a victim of fraud last year and this chase branch did not want to help me recover my money. I spoke to the "supervisor" and I was told that once I authorized the transaction using zelle, there was nothing I could do. I explained my situation to him about being scammed and he said that since we are in a pandemic that most businesses are closing. That's understandable, but these people I zelled the money to are professional scammers. They create fake businesses. I also called the fraud department and they also did not want to investigate. The first thing I was told by the authorities is to "contact your bank." I contact my bank and the bank does nothing to help me as a customer. I am glad they automatically closed my account. I did not want to do any business with this bank anyways. This bank is a fraud.

The service attitude of the staff here is very good, patient and meticulous, especially the boys who apply for credit cards, have strong business ability, good attitude and fast speed, highly recommended

This morning me n my mom were trying to going in to withdrawal money she does not speak english. This short asian Girl blond hair does not allow me to go in with her due to capacity.

Terrible experience at theis MP branch as well as corp offices. They closed my account on their own bc they said it was opened with a 3rd party check, but the person giving me the money was right with me and gave their ID to the bank officer who processed the paperwork. I was given weeks of corp BS when I wanted a refund of my money. Everytime I called I was given, half-truths, lies and more Chase BS. Do do business with these jerks.

I’m very surprised about the bad review here, I have been here a few times.And my good friend has a problem with her chase account. Their staffs tried their best to help us.Here they can speak mandarin.The name Davidson he is very nice and I think his manager a lady I forgot name she is nice too.We have a good experience here.

I tried to issue cashiers checks from my checking account on funds that I had available and was denied! 20 minutes later at the branch on 5301 Whittier Blvd. I got my transactions done with absolutely no problem. I would t use this branch anymore.

I have been a happy customer of Chase for many years. I am not happy that Chase is a major funder of fossil fuel investments which destroy our planet and contribute to climate change. Also, this is not a good investment because fossil fuels are on the way out and renewable energy is the smart investment both financially and for the health and safety of the Earth and all its inhabitants.

Staff were nice, however, they made a critical mistake. I went there and opened a savings account. In my cash deposits, they counted a hundred short. And it wasn’t a 100 bill, it was 5 20 bills.... two people counted it and both got the same number.... They had to do a lengthy cash count through the register and finally confirmed that they actually have $100 extra in the box. How big of a mistake must it be to miss 5 bills? They didn’t seem too sorry about the inconvenience either.... I probably wouldn’t ever visit this branch again...

There services was great as they make sure all my problems and need was taking care of unliked the one in Alhambra/Atlantic in Valley Bl waited 2 hours and they still wanted me to waited outside for them to call me after I signed in.
