Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) N New Warrington Rd, Pensacola

I love there ATM, because they have dominations of 100's, 50's and 20's.

When cashing a check. If you do not have an account the fee is $8. If the name on the check is not the exact same as your id. It will not be cashed. Not even if the name on the check is Steve and my i.d. says Steven. I guess the teller asked the head teller/manager? I have no clue but very rude and unfriendly. Made it a major inconvenience for me. I was thinking of opening a personal account/Business account but after this experience my money clearly is'nt good enough. I wouldnt bank here if my life depended on it. I'm going to call the corporate office and see if this is normal policy.

My daughter just went to Bank of America on New Warrington Road Pensacola, Florida to get a money order drawing from her Bank of America account and the people there refused to help her. They said she would have to make an appointment to come back and get a money order even though there was one BOA employee there doing nothing. This Bank of America location is the absolute worst and the manager should be fired. My daughter finally asked if she could make a withdrawal so she could open an account at Wells Fargo and close her account at BOA and they still didn't care. They gave her her withdrawal but said she would have to make an appointment to close her account. This is the worst bank in the history of banks. Only one person that she normally deals with as she was leaving finally vouched for her but none of the other tellers or bank personnel cared AT ALL about her or providing any type of good customer service. They should all be fired.

No tellers available; so you will not be able to access your own money. They don't pick up their phone either. Just consider this place basically just an ATM drive through location.

This is by the worst in pensacola. They lied to my wife about turning the overdraft ability so we couldn't overdraft the account. The woman straight lied to us and said it was done. A few days later we get hit with double overdrafts from the same place we had JUST reported for fraud. Please dont waste your time here. Go to the one by cordova

My husband and I came in on Friday with about 1/2 hour until the bank closed. We had been having a problem cancelling an automatic transfer in our account. This had been going on for almost 6 months with most customer relations people telling us they could not solve the problem, promising to refer it to someone who could; nothing took care of it. Then came Maygan at your banking center. She told us she could solve any problem. And she did, she approached it from every angle and dug deeper than anyone before her. And she did it!!! We were with her almost an hour, after the bank had closed! Many thanks. If I ever had to solve a technical problem, she would be who I would choose to help me.

I have been to this bank several times and everytime the employees have been helpful until today. The manager Crystal finally came to check me in after I waited for fifteen minutes. She was not very helpful and told me that she put my name in line to speak with a rep or I could just call the number on my card instead of speaking with someone. After putting my name in the system she helped someone who came in fifteen minutes after me. I was very upset that the manager wouldn't even help me I decided just to call bank of america. I will not be going back to this one. If the manager cant do her job and help people then I will find me another bank.

Terrible service. Manager is an idiot. Brought in a check written to me with my I'D. Claims that can't cash it because name was shortened on check and signature on I'D. Clearing the same name but since I didn't have account there, she claimed she could not cash it. Always has been the worst customer service by far for a bank.

Imagine being a bank and losing possible customers because you charge ridiculous fees.

The branch manager, Christy, could learn a lesson in customer service in how she speaks to others. The poor teller that was assisting me was embarrassed for all of us, that much was evident. What a poor demonstration of what leadership should look like.
