Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Rainier Ave S, Seattle

My brother and I scheduled an appointment at this BOA branch to have documents notarized last week. The Branch Manager - William served us. He embodied and served us with superior professionalism, exceptional customer service, patience, as well as being personable! We were truly impressed by him and the interaction we had with him!!! In addition, I want to acknowledge Ashu - Personal Banker, while waiting for William, came over to us to ask if we had been served. He was proactive, polite, and radiated positive energy!! Great customer service by him! The best experience I have ever had at a BOA branch!!! To people of color and minorities, I highly recommend this BOA branch. They have a diverse team to serve its diverse community.

Dushyant Sivan is a very engaging and knowledgeable relationship (are we in a relat?) Banker bar none. The bar isn't very high for boa in general. But Mr. Sivan was the one banker I will trust from now on. He's better than any other banker anywhere. He is at the Rainier Beach branch. Don't go to anybody else. In general boa has set a very low bar for cust. service. And they nicklel and dime you like a kid. Nothing is free. Don't mistake the branch at Rainier Beach where Dushyant Sivan is the relat Banker (are we in a relat?) W the Rainier Valley branch. I had a very bad experience w the manager at the Rainier Valley branch. She was aggressive and condescending Circling the water like a shark vying for my business. Luckily I went into the Rainier Beach branch and found Dushyant Sivan.

I go into this branch at least 5 times a week. The entire staff knows me and I always get great service. The tellers, Tammy, Lawanna, Fartun, David, Tiffany and Mr. F all seem to know their customers on a first name basis. Even the manager Victoria comes out and talks to me regularly.

The wait times are often quite long in the afternoon and evening only because the tellers are very patient and accommodating for those who speak English as a second language. If you fill out your appropriate slips before getting in line, the service is prompt and kind.

Stopped by to deposit a co-workers check. While filling out the deposit slip I was approached by a young lady that said she could deposit the check for me and that I didn’t have to fill out the slip. Very friendly and fast service. I didn’t have to stand in line or fill out any slips. I asked for a deposit receipt and she quickly printed it out using her mobile tablet. Awesome!

This is a terrible Bank of America. The clerks were very rude. The man in front of me got yelled at for walking to the clerk when she wasn’t ready for him- something that would have really upset me and embarrassed me if she had done that to me. I am not used to filling out deposit slips because every BofA I go to has done it for me- there’s literally like 3 things to check off. His clerk got upset with me and told me I had to walk to the back of the line to fill one out since they’re a “high traffic office.” And of course there’s only two clerks and several other staff just walking around but not opening up a clerk stand to take care of the long line. Honestly if I ran my business like this I’d go under quickly. I’m so frustrated with BofA.

After they make me wait long in line I came up to the window and an Asian lady try to help me but it went wrong after she told me to wait for a lady name Lwanna...and she was unpolite...rude and cut me completely off telling me that I have to wait because she was busy omg...customer service keeps getting worse at this places not very nice or helpful at all

Usually I try to avoid BoA. But this branch is actually nice. The staff is really trying to help.
