Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) W State Rte, Loveland

Visited this location to close an account and did not have any issues. Scheduled an appointment to visit to close another and after typing in the address to google maps was sent to the middle of nowhere almost 30 minutes away from this branch. I'll chalk that up to googles fault but also, I feel like there must be some issue with the address listed. Went to schedule a third appointment, website said no appointments available for the next 4 weeks so I assumed they were no longer needed. We were going to visit the area anyway so we thought we'd give it a try and they were closed, on a Tuesday, before lunch. The hours on the door did not show they would be closed - Why is it like pulling teeth with bank of america locations in this area?

The service provided by Ashley Knight was just awesome and hassle-free. The staff are super friendly and they were able to set everything up in just minutes. One of the best branches I’ve ever visited.

Pathetic. Unable to assist customers with basic transactions without making appointments for the next day. This was with 3 customers waiting and 5 bankers socializing. Been with BofA over 15 years for personal and business accounts. It’s disappointing to see the service continue to fall. This experience inspired me to open accounts at Huntington bank across the street. Huge difference!

Very poor customer experience. Don’t get anything done and always push you back and try to set up appointments so they can continue to procrastinate.

I don’t know what is the point Bank of America opening their business in Cincinnati only have one bank center have real persons the whole city and that bank open 3 days a week. In order get my transaction done have to drove 5 locations find one have real person, or wait couple days for that branch opened.Their numbers never have a real person answer too. This is the bank provide worst consumer service I ever experienced. I know they are big bank but I won’t deal them anymore.

There is no bank at the location.I had check around to see if there is BofA brach around. I found out it was 3 miles away. I had to drive 30 miles to get there in the first place and there was no bank.now I had to drive another 3 and it was virtual bank i think with out human and no internet for the tablets to work. So ended up as a complete waste of my time and effort

Have been to BOA financial centers across states and it’s the niche one among all. This is brand new branch started in the state/ city and not much crowded. The ambience is pleasant and the area is vast. The staff are friendly and the customer service is extremely good.

My wife went in to change her name on her credit card they told her to make a appointment. They said It would be fair to the ones that made an appointment in advance even though they were late to their appointment! Great customer service !! Funny thing there was one customer in the bank at the time.

Representatives are all courteous, efficient and very professional. B of A has been in my life over 50 years since I left my home state. Shanel and I know each other for years and always ready to help. 👋
