Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) N High St, Millville

I WILL NEVER BANK WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN MY FRIEND CASHED A CHECK N WANTED THE TELLER TO MAKE A COPY OF THE CHECK HOW HARD IS THAT TO DO? AND HE EVEN OFFERED TO PAY. THE TELLER GOT SO UPSET WITH MY FRIEND HE STORMED OUT VOWING NEVER TO GO BACK AGAIN B.O.A. HAS SOME UNTRAINED PEOPLE WORKING THERE I SUGGEST EITHER TREAT CUST. WITH DIGNITY N RESPECT ESPECIALLY SENIOR CITIZENS,OR FIND ANOTHER JOB WHERE YOU DONT HAVE TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE. VERY RUDE TELLERS LOST MY BUSINESS I WILL GO TO OCEAN 1ST. B.O.A. IS GETTING LIKE T.D. If you have an account with BOA and don’t want to put you’re relatives through two years hassle when you die to get their inheritance, take you’re money out now and start another account anywhere’s else but BOA.

The staff was helpful and nice but the company themselves the same day opening my account closed it because it was a business decision but never notified us or gave a reason as to why they closed it locking us out of our money and after calling their headquarters they wouldnt give a reason why then hung up. ......NEVER USE BANK OF AMERICA EVER!!!!!!!

Waited there for more than an hour for customer service and the manager was available wasn't willing to help. She looks like she had a really bad day. Don't come to work please if you do.

For online access and all of its uses and ATM deposits and all those features are great but, they really could improve on customer service on a person to person level. And some of their in branch policies are different from other Banks I've used.

I deposited the $10,000 check into my business account Bank of America held it for over 10 days resulting in overdraft fees and cancel check fees on top of that affecting my credit score they decided that because of the activity of them holding my check and causing my credit score to drop that they would reduce my credit card with them by $1000 I want someone from Bank of America to let me know how this is not criminal

Worst bank ever. I have multiple accounts with other banks.

Worst experience of my life. Had 6 forms of identification and they still wasnt enough for them. Probably cause they aren't used to dealing with that much money!

Not friendly. Only 2 bank tellers. Very slow service. Long lines. Expect 30 minute wait.
