TD Bank S Delsea Dr, Vineland

Convenient. Drive-through. TD is everywhere so it's easy to avoid fees for using other banks. Checks arrive quickly. Staff suggested checking account to save on monthly maintenance fees. Only concern was when a vendor charged my debit card to hold an item, TD said they couldn't do anything while the charge was pending but still allowed the charges which overdrew my account.

Waited in drive thru line for 33 minutes!! And there was literally 1 car in front of me waiting and a truck at the tube and air shoot area being assisted. In the lane next to me, I counted 7 cars pull up get assisted and drive out. Absolutely rediculous wait times. Been with TD for many years, never ever had wait times in the drive through like here!

Never answer there phone keep sending me straight to voicemail very unprofessional it’s 2 in the afternoon what you don’t have any workers

I don't know what all the complaining are about, but I've always have good experiences here. I was locked out of my account and called in for an appointment, they were busy so Sharon told me she will call back in 30mins and believe it or not she kept her promise. She took down my info, asked the required questions and I was done faster than I can even write this post. If you want good service, then be able to communicate what it is that you want! Bank reps are receptive people that are eager to help, but they are not mind readers.

They discriminated against me and told me to wear a mask even though I cannot breath with a mask on because I have severe breathing problems. They Then told me to get the F out the store and go to the drive through. Then The manager called me and told me they where closing my account.

That is my bank that I do my business with and they have wonderful employees there go there n get you a account checking or saving and other things check them out stop by

Td bank on delsea has to be the worst!!! The lobby sign and online say that they close at 7 on Friday inside and I come at 6 and the doors are locked but yet there's lady's just sitting at their desks. I need a new debit card and can't get it because they close whenever they want apparently. Then forget even trying to call because they don't even answer their phones. If this location can't run properly than shut it down because it's just a waste of space and time for everyone.

Really bad service, Drive Thru and inside ATM always have problems.

I have banked with them since they opened up across from the mall..They have ALWAYS been courteous and helpful. Yes, it was very convient when they had a office in Millville, but I still getting the same help elsewhere in any TD Bank.

Whenever I call this bank location for any issues, they never answer the phone or even tho I leave a voice message, they don’t even return my call. And I don’t have time for keep calling them every minutes. This is ridiculous.
