Just left Bank of America after closing on of my business accounts and had to write a public thanks to Abdul Sami. What a great service provider. I still have several business accounts at BofA and it’s because of people like him. I’m also in love with their online banking software.

Walked into the Bank at 6:01, door was still unlocked as I walked up to the Teller she proceeded to tell me they were “closed”. She then attempted to ask “should I help him?” as I walked back to the Teller the “manger” walked out from the back and rudely said “NO we are closed”. As a customer with BOA for over 20 years this was easily the worst guest experience I have ever received. I will be taking my business elsewhere as that is just unacceptable.

We went in to make a deposit today and we met Rosa the "Assistant Manager" We observed how rude she was to a customer who didn't fill out the deposit slip. She refused to help him and sent him to the atm after he had already been waiting in line. She did that the a lady the came after him and gave her an attitude as well. This customer didn't take it and fought back (good for her). Very poor customer service skills and worst of all exhibited by "Manager". I like most of the staff there and I could not believe what I was seeing. I worked for BOFA as a personal banker and the branches I worked at would never put up with this horrible treatment of customers. The actual Manager needs to go over basic customer service with their assistant Rosa.

The absolute RUDEST tellers. I needed to deposit a check keyword, DEPOSIT and the woman kept saying she cannot cash it. It was a check addressed to myself and two other for a case that was won. My name is ON the check. I wanted to deposit it. She kept saying she couldnt cash it. I don't want to cash it I want to deposit it! So after she told me she couldn't cash it 4 times, i went to another BofA and wow they were able to deposit it. Amazing. Who would have thought a bank could do that? The teller on the very end, I dont know her name short brown hair and glasses is the sweetest person in the entire place. Other than that they are incredibly rude and speak to you as if you are incompetent.

I'm in disbelief at the level of disrespect and attitude the female manager at B of A just dished out to me. I was merely cashing a check from a customer of theirs. Their customer started the date of the check with a "D" for December and switched it to a "J" for January as it is was written Jan 3, 2020. All of the date was absolutely discernable with NO changes to any of the numbers. The teller said it should be no problem. The manager (who definitely woke up on the wrong side of the bed with an attitude to boot) says "We can't accept this". I told her, If the date on the check says "2020" and I'm presenting it on Jan 6th. What other month could it be! So my New Years re-resolution NEVER BANK AT BANK OF AMERICA!

I made an appointment online, walked in and they told me they couldn’t find me in their system and the person I was to meet works from home. They have me a card to call this person. Absolutely terrible experience going out of my way to see this person face to face only for them to tell me their system keeps shutting down, we can’t find you and can’t make a future appointment with you. Here is their card call them.. absolutely disappointing!

Working in financial compliance, I understand some of the processes. If my ATM card doesn't swipe, and the lady on the phone at customer service says there is nothing wrong with my card or account, it makes no sense that you would tell me I can't have any money. This is refusal of service. There are means that the manager refused to implement for me to have access to my funds. I felt put out, and treated with disrespect as my wife, baby, and myself left empty handed and hungry. Customer service was an epic fail at this branch!

Terrible customer service. The lady teller was quick to assume on a cash deposit and said they DO NOT ACCEPT ANY forms of cash direct deposit unless you have an account at Bank of America or are on the account of the holder. I have done this many times at other branches but they refused to even help or look at the deposit slip. She was totally wrong ... as deposit are accepted for BUSINESS Accounts! She was very rude and condescending. NEVER BANK HERE...

The branch manager at this location knows nothing about customer service. I've been banking at BofA for 20 years. I have been deposting checks from the same employer for 14 years and they have rarely put a hold on my funds in the past. The few times they did, the branch manager reversed the hold and released my funds the next day. For some reason, this branch manager was unwilling to release more than a very small portion of the funds. She said the remainder of the funds would be available in 7 days!!! I took my check back and left the branch. Because of my experience today, I will be opening an account with Chase.
