    Very long lines with only two cashiers . Once you get up from they are rude. Every time I come in. You would think with the reviews they would try to make it better for the customers but apparently they don’t care. Going to a new bank now .

    Terrible long wait, up to 45 minutes. Have you ever asked yourself what the bank does for their customers? They do nothing, but hold your money that they borrow on. Question to B of A, " why do you have 5 teller windows, if you only use 2, even when there is a line out the door".

    Closed by 4pm on a Friday?? Seriously???!! Maybe I don’t even want to go in, and understand why a good friend of mine affectionately calls this bank, ‘SATAN.’ Lol. Terrible!

    Been standing in line for 45 minutes. Why do they have 6 windows with 3 people working? Why not staff to fill each window so customers are not standing here for so long. Get a manager that knows how to staff for time efficiency.

    Going to get some change for the business was denied because they don't give out change. Yes it's crazy to expect a bank to do their job and help customers with transactions rather than denying them and sending them on their way. Customer service at the Modesto branches are much better.

    I had a very bad experience, these guys are biased against us , i am on asylum in US I wanted to open my bank account in Bank of America , few months ago they told me they need 1 id that too from US government I waited till my EAD arrived , I got my EAD and SSN 2 weeks back I went to Bank of America he said come @4 on Wednesday I went to open my account he said you r late you should be here at 3 ,I have this card with his handwritten note and this guy refused to open my account just because I am on asylum although I have 2 government authorized ids , I have my passport too .He told me that’s not an I’d I have a family of 4, they all have their bank accounts .This is not Acceptable. I will never recommend this bank

    My husband and I had a meeting with Nancy Rivera at this location, and it’s frustrating to know that after I asked her twice if she ordered our debit card for a new account and she had said yes, I waited and didn’t receive it in the mail so when I called Bank of America customer service they mentioned it was never ordered.

    Easy to find at Yosemite & Main; plenty of parking; good to get there before 10am or after 4pm to avoid long lines. Tellers are polite, courteous, friendly & helpful. Also has plenty of ATMs inside and out, plus two drive-thru ATMs. Only drawback is both Main and Yosemite are each only 1lane at this intersection so traffic backs up, which is another reason to get there early.

    I have been depositing as a merchant there for roughly 30 years and this bank does not care about the merchants nor their regular customers. A tenant forgot to fill in the top part of the money order for rent payment and would not accept it nor would she allow me to fill it in!! This was after waiting 25 minutes. And she forgot to ask me for my ID. 0 stars!
