Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Decoto Rd, Union City

They don’t do them work faster like other bank employees just for one check deposit we are waiting more then 2 hours 😔

Absolutely 0 stars if it allow. Very careless customer service, long lines to get someone help and agents are rude. Branches should close for business

Worst bank ever. There is no signs posted to cash pay pal card u need to go to teller sitting in their office. They won't cash their own boa pay pal cards that they issue to their customers. I was told m not their customer cuz I don't have account with them so they making difficult for people to cash pay pal cards by making them wait. I waited 3 times in long line. Once to be told by teller to go to the other side for verification. Waited 2nd time to get to verification teller third time waited again to cash boa pay pal card. I was told they making people wait to shorten lines for their clients with accounts. Mind u my employers r they clients that's why I have boa pay pal card. I let my employers know how I was treated. I want my pay pal card to be changed from boa to any other bank. Instead of adding more employees n training them to be faster they decidede to cut down on lines by being rude n nasty to their customers. Better be careful what u wish for boa.

One star because I can't give zero star. Awful customer service, and long lines, every single time I am here, doesn't matter which day or which time, there are only two tellers behind the glass. Go somewhere else.

I wanted to open a checking account. I first went to the bank next door(Cxxx) who got a pretty good review rating (which was the reason I went to them first), but was told I was not able to open an account (seriously?!) Then I looked up boa and was hesitant because their review was so low. I decided to give it a shot. As I walked in the door, someone greeted me at the door and asked me the purpose for the visit. I was immediately guided to a banker - Marisabel (btw, I waited 1/2 hr at the first bank before I was able to talk to a banker there). She was so friendly and patient to explain and went over different types of checking accounts boa offered. She helped me open an account that I needed. Throughout the process, she was very courteous and with great attitude. She even offered me if I wanted to pick an account number. Wow! Really! The process was smooth and painless. We need this type of service at every bank. Thank you Marisabel! You set the bar high for everyone!

A very bad location, only 2 cashiers in place and a very long line. Looks like world 3d country.

This BoA branch provided me with fast, professional, and precise services. I waited less than 3mins after walking in. The agent explained the types of accounts and the difference in several credit cards clearly.

I hope Bank of America corporate works on thier customers review. Very bad customer service..staff was really very rude ..can’t handle the pressure if the walkinns are large in number ...no customer service quality in the conversation...The branch staff don’t even care if customer closes the account with BOFA for some petty reason infact they assist you with the closing more intensely ...I really had terrible experience with bofa for the 1st time in this branch office today....thanks

Always been satisfactory in my experiences here.

Standing in line now, 2 tellers and a seperate line for business accounts; i have been in line too long. Managers need to recognize when customers are waiting too long. Maybe they should stop greeting and start helping. Wouldn't recommend.
