The wait to see a teller is long and employees be standing around doing nothing. I come to this bank weekly and yet every teller (expect Sabrina, she’s cool) has “issues” with my transactions. A 3min transaction take 20 mins. Customer service is actually pretty good. It’s just ALWAYS something coming to this location

I was first in line for almost an hour with a full lobby of people behind me. Only 2 clerks are at the counter and they are constantly asking for help with they're individual customer. When I finally got to the counter and mentioned something to a clerk, she did not hesitate to spit out her rude response. She then proceeded to tell me I should try banking somewhere else... No. How about you learn how to do your job properly, effectively, efficiently, and with a decent attitude. I would understand the wait if it was just a bad time or something, but this happens every time I come in. 0 stars for customer service.

Horrible customer service. I doesn't seem to matter what I need they can't help me this week and I can't plan my life around next week sometime. They also won't verify checks over the phone and now they can't seem to do it in person either. This has been my bank for 20+ years and I'm seriously thinking about taking my business somewhere else. Ugh!

FLOORED. I called to make an appointment to discuss a loan. Appointment was booked by, I believe, a MANAGER. I came in and she proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t tell me that they don’t offer personal loans on the phone— instead she could offer me a credit card. WOW. Way to waste a person’s time. I can’t believe I was just baited like that. Ridiculous. Just be up front and don’t waste customers’ time.

Needed a 3 minute service, I was left waiting then when I inquired about time, got told I will be waiting an extra 45 minutes. I didn't get notified of the extra wait time before I asked. I also asked about making an appointment . They didn't have anything open for weeks in the calendar , but was told they could see me in an hour... Just poor time management.

Issue with depositing my commission check in my business bank account because it was in my name & not business name. Wasn't offered any options by teller or manager & suggested I go to another bank after my complaints & inquiries to resolve issue... (ie deposit the damn check). Manager very nonchalant, rude, & unaccomodating for a client. Poor customer service. I was treated & made to feel as if they could care less. Called 1800 customer service # & she apologized that they didn't handle deposit appropriately & explained how deposit should have been handled. So with that I will take my business eleswhere. Closing my accounts.

Slowest branch I have ever been to - same crappy experience every time too. 2 stars would be very generous **Update** Went here to get two power of attorney forms notarized. The gentleman was very respectful, however, upon inspecting the documents I see that he had me sign for the seller and the buyer; the transferer and the transferee. This is going to delay me at least 5-7 days. Avoid this branch. They never have enough tellers anyway.

With an average score of 1.5 stars, I think its understood how poorly this place is run. Not sure who is paying attention at BoA, or even if they care, but they need to get their act together. Having a Notary on staff everyday is a normal expectation for banking members/customers. Yet, they didn't have one scheduled to be there over a 4 day stretch. That's unacceptable.
