Couldnt get the loan done. Dragged it out instead of being honest and upfront. Waste of time. Plenty of better options regarding loan options and rates...avoid

Deanna Turner is the BEST!!! She is extremely patient and very detail oriented. She walked me through the entire process and answered any and all questions.

We were in the process of getting our house and a month before we were about to close Alvin Jamieson stop returning our calls and we had to move our closing date back a month. My family and I was very disappointed. This was very unprofessional. He always was dealing with something in his household and he will tell us he will call us back and never did. My realtor would have to call him again. I wouldn’t refer him to anybody.

Angela is great and she has done a great job so far but this experience with loan depot as a company has been awful. Every time we were close to closing something was wrong on a document or something needed to be submitted. Most of the things in my opinion should have been looked at from the beginning by the underwriter. This has made my home buying experience the worse process ever and not to mention the seller has now sent the attorney a termination agree because of how long it’s taking loan depot to clear to close.

Michelle has been working so hard, making sure that we are able to be qualified for this house. She is so thorough and knowledgeable with her explanations and very patient with us first time buyers, and we're greatly appreciative.
