$8.00 to cash a $23.00 check, and they wonder why they are losing customers.

One star is actually generous. Went in at 2:30 on Monday. One teller & 6 people ahead of me. This branch discontinued the drive thru several years ago. Went back today (Wednesday May 1, 2019) at 3:00. Still ONE teller. Three people ahead of me....when I left 15 minutes later there was 7 people waiting in line. Sorry, but not all banking transaction can be done on line. To be one of the largest bank in the USA you wonder why they refuse to employ more service personnel. My thoughts...it's all about the money....forget service!

Customer service is non-existent. Been sitting here 25 minutes now trying to get a replacement debit card, with nobody coming close to trying to help me. Only two tellers, with nobody in the back cubicles to helo anyone?????? The branch on Lynnhaven is 1,000 times better!

Why do you have only 1 teller open? Can you please hire more people to help your customers.

Agree with others. BOA should pay a surprise visit as a mystery customer to have the same experience. Said Did you know the drive-thru ATM is not working? Answer: it's okay, it automatically sends a repair call. Said wouldn't it be a good idea to put a sign out so customers don't waste time and wonder if their card will be returned? Answer: it's ok, it automatically sends a repair call. This is not the first time the ATM has not worked, and the result was a big backup inside the bank. The staff really doesn't care about the customers it seems. Then the UPS truck almost parked me into my space after honking at me when I put my reverse lights on. Before I went inside I was thinking, okay give them another chance, it can't be as bad as the last time.

Friendly service but you may find yourself waiting a while if you need 1:1 service to resolve a problem. The hours are laughable. Update: Dropped from 4 to 2 stars because I was in a hurry and needed to do something simple but an employee tried to hound me into signing up for one of their credit cards even after I explicitly stated that I was not interested. What happened to Bank of America?

Horrible service at this location. One teller always so be prepared to wait. Made an appointment one time, but was kept waiting for 45 minutes, so I just left. Go to the one at Salem Crossing; they know how to treat their customers.

Worst branch in VA Beach. Always understaffed Thanks for the terrible customer service. Think I'll open an account with PNC.
