    Expect to spend 30-60 minutes to see a teller. There's always 10+ customers in line with 1-2 tellers. I went 3x in one day to see if the line was any different and it wasn't. I don't have the time to wait 30+ minutes for something the ATM can't help with. This place is super slow paced. No one acknowledged the customers waiting in a huge line or thanked us for our patience. Pretty outrageous.

    If I could give Zero stars I would. Walked in ready to close my dads account with e edutainment h in hand and filled out already. Greeter said he’d find a banker. He came back and said they were all booked and busy and I’d need an appt next week. I explained that I saw appts available there today in the afternoon so I’d book that and come back. He said they had no appts today. Well walked out to car booked one for today. I hate laziness and lying. I would never trust them with money.

    They are always slow but I never had to wait more than 25 minutes. I love Bank of America but this is not a great location. Usually when they are swamped here I just come back another time or use the atm.

    Everyone was so thorough and patient when I visited this branch recently! They wiped down the counters & PIN pad between each customer, and all the signage makes it easy to socially distance. I know it must be a stessful time for employees of places like this, and I appreciated everyone's courtesy and graciousness.

    I've only had terrible experiences with Bank of America so far. First of all, they are understaffed so expect long waits. The business lane is also ALWAYS closed so if you run a business be prepared to stand in line for things like getting smaller bills etc. Second, beware of hidden or sudden fees. The bankers there are fond of telling you there will be no fees for having an account with them but then will charge $30 to $50 annual or monthly fees out of the blue, sometimes after years, probably hoping to get away with stealing your money if you don't notice. The process to get this money back is also very tedious so be prepared for that. Third, expect virtually no protection for your hard earned money. We recently detected a fraudolent transaction performed in Miami but BoA will not pay us back because they say the card's chip was used. Now considering the card was with us and we have never been to Miami that seems like a bold claim. Suspiciously enough the bank has so far refused to provide any evidence supporting their claim that the card was present and the representatives we talked to simply shrugged and said their back office would call us back, which has not happened yet (it's been almost a month). Fourth and last, if you are a business owner, DO NOT get their Clover station. They have ridicoulously high processing fees that keep increasing over time and offer almost no protection against fraudolent transactions to you, always charging you for any fraudolent claim and coincidentally waiting over a month before they send you the claim so that if you have any cameras the footage was probably overwritten already. Do your research and go with an alternative system.

    Ten people are waiting in the lane, one BOA staff is working on the counter. 30 mins passed, I’m still waiting. Some other BOA staffs are just sitting in the lobby chilling talking and laughing. After people makes complains, they started to help the customer from the bottom of the lane.

    Wow. The branch manager here was one of the rudest and least professional aholes I can recall. Short overweight guy and a chip on his shoulder over nothing.

    Worst experience with a bank. Line all the way out the front door. When I got inside, I could see why. Only 3 tellers working. There's 7 open spots and only 3 filled. Glad I don't bank with them.

    Great place! Has fantastic food and dining service. The 8oz ribeye was incredible and the sides were plentiful. I have never had a better eating experience than I have had with Bank of America Financial Center! I will be coming back in the future. Once again they have fantastic wine!
