Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Islington St, Portsmouth

The manager is arrogant and rude. If you're not happy with the resolution of your problem, she ensures your encounter doesn't get logged in their system so there is no opportunity to give feedback to the corporate customer service people. She often refuses to assist with things other branches can accomplish quickly and with a smile. I avoid this branch and now consider moving my business elsewhere.

Best staff, but make an appointment with the app. Also run differently than you might expect, they can do very little to waive fees and help alleviate checking account costs. However, financial technology here is cutting edge. ATM has apple pay, Android pay, and Samsung pay to withdraw, enough to send me over the moon and make sure my ducks are in a row. Also, they have every financial service. Did I mention a great staff?

Branch Manager was rude. I have legal documents to obtain information and they won't give it to me. They don't know the law, but think they do. My attorney says "sue" for every day they are making me wait for the information as it is costing us every day to keep my mother in a nursing home. Shame on them!

One star only. They berated my wife treated me like a cash pile and told me to leave because they were closing early. Saw a turkey in their parking lot on the way out. I left and transferred my millions to my local establishment. Good day! -Doc Gumby

Two tellers, one of them counting money so only one helping customers. A huge line and this elderly woman having to stand and wait,n one would help her... Awful place, we switched banks

Went in on a Saturday morning for a bank check and everything was great. Friendly staff, clean lobby, and quick processing time. People who give negative reviews for a bank charging fees should only be upset with themselves for not reading the terms of service.

The manager was very rude and condescending. I came in looking for more information regarding my account and she didn’t bother help and just told me “all that information is online”. No help from here just very weird and angry vibes.

The manager of this bank is very rude,she talks down to blue collar people. I’m sorry to get some respect,I must have to walk in with a 3 piece suit.This lady needs to be fired ASAP!!!

If you want a teller to treat you like scum then please go here. I was trying to do a transaction with my son and I looked up and the teller was rolling her eyes at my 6 Year Old son.
