Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) S 31st St, Temple

This place deserves no stars at all but getting one because I been a member for so long but very unhappy. Spent all day at the bank over 1 hour and got no where staff and manager are rude. Waiting lines are long not enough people working to help keep lines short and customers happy. Huge man needs to make his calls shorter with clients not sit there and talk his life away customers waiting to see him. Manager you need to be more helpful and have a better attitude with customers. Had not noticed all your other reviews till I was going to write one. Pretty sad for Bank Of America.....

Worst Bank of America that I have ever been to. Can’t stand the attitude and lack of knowledge of one big guy I had to deal with on different occasions. Now go to Waco or somewhere else so I don’t have to deal with the people in the bank even though I live in Temple. Somebody needs to come clean house so local people can go to the bank where they live. I love Bank of America and have been with them for years. Just don’t like the local employees.

Needed a cashier check. Put all my fund on hold and cannot print out any check…. Waited for 2 hours but nothing worked

I have been with BOA before it ever was called BOA. I like the Branch in Temple.tx. . I always have satisfying service. Thank you BOA

I never go in to the bank.. i use atm or online for almost everything . This am I felt I needed to do a particular transaction in person so i went in. I was a few minutes early so I waited outside the door. When they opened and i went to teller she said WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING UP AT ME.. "I saw you waiting for us to open.You could have used the atm for this." Really? Lazy people do not want to work. I see why there is such a low rating at this bank. If anyone at bank reading this it was teller 00012. If you care.. but something tells me you do not.

You are not a customer even if you have a third party prepaid debit card which requires you to call Bank of America for customer service which has your information in their system and you have to deal with them one-on-one to fix any issues so you're not allowed to get notary service whatsoever because you must open a checking or savings account first since you're not a customer even though you use their products and have to speak to them directly for service

If I could give zero stars I would.... spoke to a rep at the call center and she refused to tell me what a deposit related policy was . AFTER 55 minutes on hold I got NOTHING!!! I have been trying to get a person at the local branch to answer the phone for 42 minutes!!!! BOA needs to remember what made them a bank..... SERVICE!!! I will be moving all of my accounts as soon as possible!!!

Just got into it with Albert Robles the bank manager over the way I speak. Does not like the fact that I curse when I speak especially, when someone corrects me. It started because they recently made a policy change and I said I won’t be doing that. But I then I further complained under my breath. Which further infuriated Albert and he asked me to leave. Never been threw out of a bank. I have filed a complaint with the Branch VP. Horrible costumer service and when I look at all the reviews posted on here, I should have known better.

Lines are ridiculously long. I had to wait 45 minutes just to get cash out since the ATM had a limit.

Absolutely the worst bank I have ever dealt with in 50 yrs. of doing business. Horrible customer service, 3 or 4 people in the entire bank usually one at the teller window. They have closed all local locations in 5 cities and pushed everyone to the Temple, TX branch and run it like it a small bank out in the country. They have a huge drive up setup that has never been opened before or after covid. I've called 4 times just today trying to speak to someone and it says "NO ONE IS AVAILABLE". This is a business account and I would NOT SUGGEST anyone to USE THIS BANK... NEVER!
