    Why won't you hire more employees every time I need something done a line is wrapped around the building. It happens so often. One of your employees was telling me about how backed up you are for notaries ect. It's better to be Over staffed vs understaffed.

    We went to this Bank on the 5th Of April around 1130am Only 2 Cashiers. Spoke Dolly Ramirez trying to get a Print out of the Last Deposit, She said it would be a1hr before someone could help us. Dolly took us over to a cashier to set up an Appointment. However the Cashier was busy and Dolly left. The Cashier and her Customer STATED that it will be a while, so we left. This is a Horrible way to run a Bank Robert Diles, On Friday April 8,2022 I was in Carson CA. at the Bank of America Spoke with (Bryant Betancourt) he ask what we needed and was Very helpful. Bryant Betancourt took care of us in less than 20min. ...Robert Diles you may want to look how Carson Ca. handles Customer Service..

    This bank it by far the worse bank ever!! Do not go there! It’s a waste of time! I have gone several time and they are always closed and or something happens that I don’t get to be seen l!! Better or at any other back than this one!! Closing my account & moving on!! If I could give it a 0 start I would!!

    Came in Thursday afternoon to get a cashier check, they only had one person at the teller, while there were 10 people in the line. That's horrible customer service.

    Lines are always long here I'm the 17th person in line with 4 other people behind me all the way to the door. And only 3 tellers serving people. Honestly we all know this is pointless to post cuz BOFA it's too big to care. Only thing keeping me here is the hassle of changing to another bank. But I'm honestly getting tired of this b.s.

    This bank is so terrible I have to wait in line for 1 1/2 hr to cash a check is sososo bad they only have 2 cashiers open I don’t recommend this bank at all they need to hire more people

    The people are nice but there are NEVER more than 2 tellers and at least 30 people in line at all times, why is it so hard to hire people? If you need to get anything done, get here when it opens.

    Came a little after 5 p.m. with a simple task - get some cash from the ATM. went the machine to the left side (out of 3) waited and waited for a long time for the cash to come out... and began to think that I just lost my debit card; eventually ( after minutes!) it told me: canceled due to connection error; After that, I watched another gentleman go through a similar situation and walking away upset. Shame on your IT people who see these problems in there logs, and they're not fixing anything.

    This location is the worst of the worst I've been here 2 times and they only have 1 cashier, helping 15 people.. this is really ridiculous and there are 3 loan people .. the bank of america on Ave L is shut down why didn't those clerks move over here, they need to Hire more clerks because this is crazy waiting in line over an hour to just do a withdraw. Thankfully I don't bank with bank of america because there service also now all of a sudden they want to practice social distance because last week they had this packed and people were walking in and today out of all days when it's raining they want to form a line outside and 6 feet apart .. when they didn't have that last week.

    I suggest having more tellers available that can help the frustrated, long line of customers. Waiting for more than 30 minutes is UNACCEPTABLE to see a teller. I am completely not satisfied with the wait time nor will I EVER refer anyone to this horrible most corrupt bank in America!! I hate this location, I hate how management is overworking the employees, I hate how a man yelled at me to get back in line, because he thought I had cut in line, which I had an appointment at 9AM!! This is what happens when you make customers wait for a long time and something pops off!! Get it together!!!!! Hire more employees!!!!!!
