Speedy Cash W Ave I, Lancaster

I took out a payday advance from them and they did not wait for payday to present my check. They took it out on the wrong day leaving me $300 short. I called corporate. No help. They can not refund it! Customer service is lip service at that company! When someone presses the wrong button, no remedy!

This particular branch is very polite and professional. I always feel welcome and safe from Covid they have hand sanitizer in every teller and clean pens beside that they are always very professional and efficient willing to help you with a smile . Pedro is a young man that is very polite and respectful along with all the other ladies that work in this branch. Keep up the good work

An account was opened by someone using my email. When I tried to resolve the issue, Speedy Cash said I could notnclose my account due to certain legal requirements. They had all my personal info. Poor security on new accounts with no requirement to confirm I initiated the account through my email.

Extremely fast service once I got to the window. Forgot to get here name but, she had a pleasant personality and was very fast with all the paperwork needed to complete the payday loan. Hope she is there when I repay the loan.

There is nothing "speedy" about this place! They are minimally staffed at all times. The employees who are behind the counter love taking their sweet time chit-chatting, and laughing. At one point while the line was wrapped AROUND the entire lobby there was one employee walking around cleaning windows and sweeping.... are you kidding me? This company has absolutely no concern or respect for their customers or their time.

This Review is for Speedy Cash in Mission Hills on Sepulveda. NOT FOR SPEEDY CASH IN LANCASTER. The staff here are really great. Always polite, willing to help you with what ever you need. The only complaint I have is sometimes there are a lot of customers and only two staff at the windows. There are more staff there, but they are doing other things. I feel that if there are a lot of customers then it should be "all hands on deck", until the crowd thins out. And I walk with help from a cane or Walker, I don't mind standing for awhile but not 20-30 minutes, which has been the case on a few occasions. I guess I'm just going to have to look inside and if I see a long line, conduct my business on another day when there are not many people. Or wait until the crowd thins. Lots of great parking though! Ok this is me again, for some reason this is showing up as a review for Speedy Cash in Lancaster which is wrong. The Speedy Cash I am reviewing is on Sepulveda Blvd in Mission Hills next to Papa John's Pizza. I have actually been to Speedy Cash in Lancaster and I am never kept waiting, the employees are great and I'm in and out of there in 5 minutes. Not so with Speedy Cash in Mission Hills. Sorry for the mix up.

Speedy Cash has been great. I was able to get a loan, and paid it off sooner than the contact was for, saving a lot of interest charges. It was so easy to apply for another loan, half way through that loan I had an emergency and I was able to refinance the loan taking out an additional amount with no questions asked. I will always trust Speedy Cash for additional funds needed.
