Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) US, Orange Park

I don't bank there but cash checks from customers there an it always take 30 mins an I have to wait for them to "verify" the check

Banked with them a while ago. Never again. I would never trust them with a dime.

I went into this Bank of America to ask about student loans. I was informed that student loans were not one of the services provided by this bank. However, I wanted to take the time to write this review to highlight how nice and professional Melanie Stathopoulos was. She provided me resources to look into and even taught me a little bit about loans. This is something that didn’t benefit her at all, but meant a lot to me and I just wanted to share.

Just called with a question, gentleman I spoke with was very informative, understanding, helpful and patient. A true pleasure to speak with, not the norm in today’s society of no customer service companies. Wish I could have remembered his name. He was young and I am old.

This is stupid. Cant go to my own bank to get a cashiers check to close on my house cause they close at 4 pm knowing people work and usually if someone is luck get off at 4pm. So not many people can get into a office to get stuff done

I can’t believe they don’t have a drive up window at this bank. I’ve never heard of a bank without a drive up window!!! So I go inside......always a long line backed up to the entrance and ONLY 1 TELLER! Are you kidding me? The personal bankers are nice and helpful. But that’s it!!!!! I’d recommend going to CHASE BANK! Always good service inside and out!!!!

Absolutely the worst bank I've ever been to. One person working counter and will always ask you to go outside to the ATM with your money in hand instead of helping.....rude and do not know anything about customer service. "Did you know that we have a mobile app and you can just take a picture of the check". When you are holding a hand full of cash. Fu BofA.

Juanita is wonderful! My husband and I just needed to cash a check, since we don't bank here. She was helpful, kind, patient and a blessing to interact with. 💚

The worst possible experience, have been with them for 35 years and will be changing banks. They are never open, constant issues with transactions, and have to drive across town to do basic banking. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!!

So rude..those people have zero compassion. They didnt care that my mom passed away. They only cared to make it clear they couldn't tell me anything about her account even though I'm the beneficiary and had a death certificate I was trying to turn into them.
