    Did not have an appointment however, I was approached after a minute or so, by a scheduler who had me see the business teller who, upon looking at my bank statements, referred me to a business banker, Ariel. Before I met with Ariel, I was given the option of making an appointment with the banker or waiting for up to 30 minutes for her to finish with her current client. I was fortunate that Ariel was finished with her client and was able to see me right away. She was very professional engaging and fun to work with. She also resolved my question with regard to my business checking account. Before I can came to the bank, I phoned and got a response after 3 rings rather than about 10 rings and a couple of menus at the Lake Forest bank. I will continue using the bank in Vernon Hills.

    This was absolutely the worst bank experience of mine. The bank teller named Sonia was openly hostile and condescending in her interactions with me, which is inexcusable. When I spoke to the branch manager and explained the situation, I even didn't hear any proper apology from her. Simply the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

    The banker Viviana Zimmerman I worked with is very helpful. I was initially very reluctant to get to this bank reading all the reviews. I have to wait for sometime to get my turn, but the waiting is not the service you can always expect for. If you don’t want a wait, go schedule a appointment. I really liked the service.

    Guess people don't review when things go as expected. Highly recommend planning ahead and scheduling an appointment on their website to not waste time waiting day-of. Donnavan is as good as it gets.

    I had an amazing experience with banker Donnavan Badua. He explained all the debit card details very thoroughly especially how the mobile app functions. He was very patient since we had to update the addresses of all our bank accounts because of a recent move. He was able to help open a new bank account and Debit Card with ease. I recommend Banker Badua to anyone going to this Bank of America!

    Poor bank service. Customer care team dont have a clue why my cheque is on hold though it is a week it has been debited from my chase account a week back. will close my account after it will get credited.

    Poorly run bank. Customer service team seems clueless Bank manager is not engaged. Simple task takes 20 min to 30 min. : (

    The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had a bank, first they refused to help me because I didn’t have an existing account with them, then after I tried to open an account with them one of their bankers lied to me and told me I had to pay an extra sum of money just to open the account. Once I advised him I planned on reporting him, he then offered to help me with my account. Truly a bunch of clowns working at a bank.
