Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Fern Ridge Pkwy, Creve Coeur

Was there yesterday, first and foremost they have NO DRIVE THRU SERVICES. Lobby was open for ATM use but no employees for any banking needs. As a business it is frustrating to play the every day juggle of whether or not you can find someone to help you at the bank

Quick as possible customer service for all the myriad things you can you can think of having done at the bank.

Even when I'm behind two technologically illiterate drivers who aren't sure how to do whatever they came to do, the wait is either short or nonexistent and there are plenty of ATMs for BofA all over the place. No complaints.

Rude !!!!!! Deposited 30,000 and not even a thank you ? And she did them all at the same time to make her job easier but put a hold on my money for 6 days ??? then I go to the bank in Brighton we’re I open the account and the manager Andrew made calls to get my money faster with no hold !!! Thanks for all ur help to non of the women that work at this location!!! And don’t look at people with tattoo or because my husband is Mexican because I am sure we were the only ones with that amount of money at was deposited all day 😘

Absolutely terrible service. Would not let me in to my safe deposit box because license was expired, even with proof of other credit cards and account information pulled up at the very same bank they would not let me in. Absolutely ridiculous. By far the worst bank I have ever had the displeasure of working with.

Went in to cash a 401k check that is through Bank of America and the man at the front did not want to help. I feel like it was indeed a race thing n this type of thing never has happened to me before.

Edit : I have had 2 instances now where the work was half done and I had to make calls to customer care after my visit to get to know it wasn't done properly the first time. I would recommend you to double check with them if it is properly done Everytime you go there. Old : I have been to only this financial center after moving to US few months back. So can not really compare it with other banks, but so far I did not have any bad experiences. The staff is polite and they greet you every time you go there. The service is also quick. I hardly have to wait for more than 2 minutes before some one attends me. It was hardly 1 time that I had to wait for 15 minutes. The place may be a little small compared to others, but as long as it gets the work done I do not think there is any problem with that.

They need to hire more tellers. Otherwise, nice bank with friendly courteous staff. Update - I have reduced my 3 star rating to a 1 star. Every single time I come here, I have to wait entirely too long. I will be moving my business accounts to Lindell.

Teller released $1500 cash to someone who stole my husband's wallet. The debit card had a hold on it and any form of identification should have been void/invalid. I was told that all they need is a signature for someone to be able to access money from an account. Bogus. The number they gave me for corporate security (only law enforcement will be able to identify the name of the teller or access any security footage) was incorrect and wasn't even close to the correct one. Drive up the road to a more competent location or do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere.

Bad Service. The manager and the workers didn't help anything about the problem of customer. Should not come here and open any account with this Bank. They're so bad. Every problem they just tell you call call and call to center phone number. I'm really disappointed about it.
