    Horrible experience. Tried to make withdrawal and couldn’t do at ATM so I went inside. 1 teller line out the door. 2 other employees and no one opened another teller. Was over 45 min. Not even kidding. Makes you hate the bank. Would love it if someone from BOA reached out to me. Been with them over 20 years.

    Convenient location. Two drive-throughs and one walk-up ATM that accept cash and check deposits. Staff are friendly, but there is commonly a long line and not enough staff. I walked in to talk to somebody about my account and was told it would be 45 minutes. So plan ahead to go when it's quiet if you need anything more than an ATM.

    Why is there only one teller working and a bunch of managers walking around here every time I come in.. This is unacceptable. ***UPDATE I came in again and tried today.. one teller open... a bunch of bank managers standing around.. line of people to the door..

    I'm sorry but you you guys need to stay open at least an hour later people don't get their checks until 4 PM and when i try to cash it I cant i dont want to put it into my bank account through ATM or mobile online and get it until 3 days later.

    This is the worst bank I have ever been to ever. I'm standing in line right now with it kid you not 14 people standing in line and there is only ONE teller station open. There's one guy standing at the door doing NOTHING and there was a "manager" that was running around trying to look busy but hasn't addressed us or sent anyone to open another teller spot. People are mad and walking out but no here seems to care. Wow! The manager has disappeared and won't show herself now that line has gotten bigger since I've been writing this review. Oh I've been in line for 20min with only three people in front of me. I'm going to close my account today but I'm sure no one will care. They will care if more of us close our accounts here. This is insanity.

    Never enough bank tellers! The line wraps around building in 100+ degree weather. Making deposits for a business and getting change should be quick and efficient. This is getting ridiculous! Would recommend banking else where..

    9 people in line and one teller available..seriously the branch manager Laura needs to get fired from the terrible staffing in this branch. Clearly there is poor management in this branch. There should be a protocol with Bank of America to request help for tellers from other branches. My favorite part is the other employees coming from the back office to help service guests who wanted to close accounts or get a replacement card after waiting a good amount of time to be helped. I'm glad the employees know they can take advantage of their horrible management by staying in the back instead of in their front office. I don't understand the woman at the front greeting people when she came from the back and walking around. Yet.. still one teller. 5 minutes before closing and a long line still hoping to get helped, and this is just a Monday.

    Wait in line AT LEAST a 45 minutes everytine I come here. They have PLENTY of employees walking around acting busy. Coming in and out from the back. There tellers are awesome feel so bad they r the only ones who work. Friday payday n one teller all day. Unacceptable. Maybe they should check there reviews everyone has the same complaint 59 reviews w 1.2 stars!! But again there tellers are awesome. It's not there fault they r the only ones working!!! This place is worse than the DMV. If they can't get another teller maybe they can get chairs in th3 line so we can have a seat while we wait for out cash!!!

    Horrible wait times. Line out to the door. Two tellers. Keep going out the back after every person seen. This branch really needs more staff. Unacceptable.

    Beware! This is the second time that this bank has gave me a fake $100 when I have went inside to withdrawal. These tellers need to do a better job on checking the money, especially when the lady here just said to me "No, we don't give fake money." Very unprofessional and rude! Would give 0 stars if I could. Going to the one on McDowell from now on.

    In lobby experience on 12/14/21 Nada Bank teller is very rude except with male clients! Guy in front of me did not fill out deposit slip but no problem for her. I hand her deposit slip and says what do you want to do? I say make a deposit and her response is well you haven't given me any money! I say. I was waiting for your directive this is first time making a cash deposit in person. So I hand her all envelopes filled with fives and ones as Nada requested. She then says next time open them and why don't you get a savings account!! I say, sorry didn't know if you give them to me, I'll open them. I wasn't sure of your bank process and I don't care to have a savings account. At this time I felt unwelcome, belittled and bullied. All the years with Bank of America I have never had an experience like today. As I was leaving I said. Sorry for having bothered you. There was a man working behind her

    Holy wow. Their atm took my debit and their manager has no sense of urgency. While I stood there the one employee attempted to be pushy with me and two employees were rude to two other customers.

    Called ahead and asked if I needed appointment to take someone off an account and was told no, that it only takes a few minutes. Got there and the lady at the front desk rudely said I do need appointment. She wasn't helpful and probably shouldn't be in customer service.

    This branch and so much of B of A is focused on sales and not service. B of A is great at getting you into a product be it a competitive business loan, checking or savings. Their products are good, but when you need service they fall short. I bank with them, have several financial relationships with them, and it's organization wide. Next time you are in their carelessly long lines, staring at a LCD marketing to you, or glossy posters of happy B of A customers, just look at how many people are there to sell you a product and how many are there to service your existing product. It's 3:1. There are some great individual tellers in there, but honestly, they are not supported strongly enough by management. I feel bad seeing one employee having to work against a line of 7 irritated customers. If service is important to you, I suggest you shop around.

    Have called this local branch 12 times in the past 3 months based on trying to make an appointment instead of just "showing up". Not once did anyone ever answer the phone. Today I needed to have a notary signature, and would combine that with some normal banking. So after no one answered, I went to schedule an appointment online instead. I selected one of the gentlemans names available under that location, and pressed enter. When I did, got an error message. How much easier could it get? I reset the site and picked the "other" guy for my notary. When I hit enter this time, I got this message: "We're no longer scheduling appointments." That was it. I called Sunwest Federal Credit Union and they picked up on the first ring. I asked the woman if she was a notary and she said she was. I made an appointment for 2 hours from now and completed my business flawlessly. What a wonderful experience at Sunwest. What a poor experience for a "baning experience" at BOFA. Going to shift EVERYTHING over of Sunwest ASAP. SUNWEST gets a 5. BOFA gets a 0.

    One star is to much! Worst customer service ever. I went into exchange a check drawn off their bank, they wouldn't exchange it for a cashiers check or cash it. The "manager" was worthless, he offered no alternative to helping me get this check taken care of other than open an account or take it to another branch! This is why I bank with credit unions!!! And looking at all the other comments this branch needs a lesson in customer service and a new manager!
