I visit this branch for money transfer purpose the manager she come and ask what kind of service did I want and she told me they are working by appointment only but she will going to give me a service after one costumer on that moment another costumer come after me and told her the same thing they don’t have an appointment but she give them services well I’m waiting to get service i asked her I’m first but she says they have an appointment that’s totally lie. I think I have learn the language what she spoke to get better service,😡

Worst experience ever as a boa customer for many years. Today I was racially profiled at this branch for being young and the race that I am. I was treated like a thief and a scam artist.I would never come back to this branch and I will be taking my money else where. The assistant manager a short Hispanic woman didn’t try to help me and lied to my face about boa’s policies and made up her own. I was also laughed at the security guard upon leaving. I’ve never been treated that way ever when being a customer at other banks. So I will no longer be banking with them I literally wanted to cry.

The most horrible bank in the world they have a really bad bankers I have an appointment with one banker and I go and when I there they told me the banker is not here so they talk to me very bad and I have the appointment at 12:30 and they pass another lady that have an appointment at 1 pm and I was there at 12:45 just 15 minutes late because the traffic and they told me we can’t pass you because you late for just 15 minutes

This location is super ghetto. Their atm machine was broken/looked vandalized literally broken up inoperable. Their drive through banking I would not recommend to anyone who has a big car or truck as it has tight concrete bumped jams not fit for a large size vehicle to drive through without causing damage. Either way I am not a fan of Bank of America as is let alone this poor location.

This drive thru ATM doors maintain closed and did not give me my 800 dollars. I reported it to Bank of America on 09/16/2020 and Filed with the Claim department and told the claim department I had proof with pictures and they said they did not need it. I even said I had the exact machine serial number that was faulty. She still did not wanted it. Then they credit me 800 dollars on 09/18/2020. Then they deducted me 800 dollars on 10/02/2020 with no explanation. I call the customer service and the claim center and they put me on hold for ever thinking I would just not answer after an hour waiting. Well the only resolution I had is to report this THEFT!!!! BANK OF AMERICA in steeling money from its customers and ignoring them!!! NEVER BANK AT THIS BRANCH OR WITH ANY BANK OF AMERICA. They do not care for their customers and ignore them.

Staff is friendly all the times I’ve gone and are willing to help you. I don’t know why there’s so many negative comments. Usually in and out within 15 minutes however they do have rude customers coming in to complain about how long they take. They’re diligent in making sure there’s no errors so you have the best experience.

By far, this is he worst branch that I’ve ever been to. They only have one teller, while others are sitting around and watching the line grow. On an average, the wait time here is about 30 mins at any given time. I usually not write reviews but Bank of America should seriously think about doing something here because I’m seriously considering taking all of my business residential and corporate to a competing bank. The sad part is I’ve been a loyal BOA customer for the past 26 years.

I been waiting for about 25 minutes just to get a cashier check and not even half way. One teller and about 16 to 18 people waiting in line. Extremely unprofessional. They should hire more customer service employees and less chief.
