Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) W Flagler St, Miami

Great bank!!!!., I was there for open my account., without appointment and I received very good attention for banking staff The banking representative Ana Estrada very professional, good advisor, friendly. I really give you very good reference for this place.

Horrible Horrible.. I don't recommend Bank of America at all.. This branch is the only one open uin 15 miles from my home right now. They only have 2 tellers for a line of more that 30 people and 4 customers services for a line about 10 people but only 2 are assisting the clients. The last time I came I arrive at 3:35 because this branch close at 4 and the manager talk me if next time I can came earlier because they are tired and always came with too many things to do.. they don't know my time to tell me that. They are no using automatic hand sanitizer and they don't clean anything.. I be in the back for about 2 hours and non one sanitizer the are.. Very sad

I’ve been standing in line 32 minutes. It’s 11:15am. There are 17 people in line at this point. 3 in front on me still. 1 teller. This is the worst branch in miami. Why they closed the drive through is beyond me. I’ve been a customer for 22 years. I’m slowly closing all my accounts with Bank of America and moving to the Internet banks. They are cheaper, faster and better. Ridiculously terrible customer service. It’s just a matter of time. Can someone please open the Amazon of banks???

There is always a line of about 15 to 20 people when I come to this bank. You would think that they would have more than two tellers at a time during peak hours. Why don’t you have more tellers on so people don’t have to wait 30 minutes every time? It’s a busy bank. There are always lots of people waiting to open accounts as well as for regular transactions.

One slow teller taking care of a full line, ridiculous long wait and the branch manager "Jose Perez" stands by watching unbothered. I complained to him after being in line for 20 minutes and nothing was done. This felt like a line at disney world...

This bank has the slowest service I’ve ever seen. If you can, avoid going to this location.

A big thank you to Yuliana and Jose. I had been at another branch in doral minutes before to perform a wire transfer and they turned me away and said they were no longer accepting walkins at 1130 am. Jose greeted me and told me it would be a little wait but that they would take care of me. I was helped by Yuliana which was EXECELLENT. I am very appreciative of their service and professionalism. Always the same thing! Waiting time is insane and only 1 or 2 people working at the front. Bank is always dirty, air conditioner looks like is always broken, and management don't care about customer service treatment.

Horrible Experience. As a daily customer to this specific bank, I was waiting in a line of 10 people as usual. By the time, it was my turn a woman skipped me and I asked her how come is she able to skip me. So, my next move is to ask the Manager Carlos Ospina who was on duty Thursday March 13. I asked the manager if it was ok to sit in the lobby as you wait in line and then skip those who are actually waiting in line standing. He said "yes its ok" this is unacceptable and extremely discriminating. Please train your manager on customer etiquette and professionalism.

One teller at noon. Ridiculous. It took 15 minutes to help two customers. Thankfully I was 3rd in line but there are 10 people behind me that are going to have to wait. I requested more tellers from two different people and they said that they did not have anyone available. I was here to pick up a foriegn currency order and was told that two people have to enter a code in order to access the money and one of those people was at lunch so I had to sit here and wait. This is crazy.

About 20 individuals waiting in line . Only One teller. Many clients complained and all they said was to use the drive thru or deposit your check at your other banks if you don't have BOA . this bank needs to improve ! Dont EVEN BOTHER TO GO THERE . And then teller leaves client alone while many more wait in line

Untrained personnel, from cashiers to investment bankers. A shame to the Bank of America name. An investment banker told me to make the cashier line (20 people in line) to deposit a 401K rollover. One hour later the cashier wanted to deposit the rollover into my savings account!!!. When I told him he will have to pay the penalty fees he went to ask and was told I needed to see and Investment banker... and wait another hour. At this point I just left. The ATMs at this location work fine, you may want to just stick to them.

Terrible customer service, the line is always huge and only two tellers attending.

Went through the drive thru teller to deposit my monthly rent as I do every month except this time the teller rep CRACKED MY ID. I went inside to speak to a manager he asked me what I wanted him to do about it, that HE'S SURE I BROKE IT IN MY WALLET. this bank is horrible or this location and employees not sure. Would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Now I'm stuck paying for a replacement ID.

Always a 30 min + wait and management doesn’t seem to care about how un satisfied clients are due to these long waits! Been coming here for a year and always the same. Seems to be just this branch mainly . Been to others and never had to wait this long ! Fix this issue asap
