I have been banking at this branch for over 15 years. I have to say the customer service here went downhill. I still remember those days when Janelle was the branch manager. Every time I went she always greeted me with a smile and would casually chat with me. I felt welcomed there, but not anymore. The manager Maria is always rude, not only to me but to other customers. I have seen her arguing with other customers. She has seen me quite often and I had talked to her a few times on my banking needs, but never had one time that she would come and greet me. One time I needed a bigger safe box, and she told me that I had to wait for years because there’s no chance that I would be able to get one. The following week I was able to get one with another staff, Milena. Another time I wanted to ask Maria for something else. She told me straight face that she had an appointment coming up and had no time to help me. I was helped by another staff and I saw her sitting on her desk by herself for almost an hour. The other gentleman(manager?) is the same. Always on his phone behind the counter or just sitting. The only reason why I still go to this branch is that it’s close to my home.

Tried to proactively make good on past account. Employee who answered wasn’t able to help me but more importantly I’m regard to this review, was cold/unhelpful. Said they don’t do that here and to call corporate. Already tried that which I told her so 2* is generous.

Terrible location. Closed without notice and without explanation. At least update your hours on Google so your clients don't waste their time.

Horrible Customer service these days by bofA . I have a simple request to get my mortgage statement , waited hours on the line to talk to someone at main customer service line , tried the local bank didn’t go anywhere . As a preferred client im very disappointed.

Very nice and friendly staff whenever I go in there. The wait can get a little long but it's a bank so that is expected. Easy, clean and convenient drive-thru ATM and banking

Costumer service has rapidly declined at this branch. Employees here are rude, unwilling to assist and cold. You are not greeted instead you are ignored by the staff. It makes one feel uncomfortable to be there. It’s unfortunate.

Horrible customer service by the manager. My elderly grandfather just had his first chemo treatment and needed to use the restroom. The manager was VERY rude and could careless about his condition. He didn't offer to assist him at the handicap window, inorder to expedite the transaction. Horrible. Have a heart.

Worst customer service ever. I’ve been a customer for over 2 decades and I am absolutely appalled by how Maria, branch manager, treated me. She’s unbelievably rude and I have no idea how someone with such an ill temper has been deemed fit to run the branch.

Called 7+ times. No one will answer the phone at all. Not the first time. Inside of the bank people are helpful but who wants to drive there to ask a question that is not available on the web site.

Been banking with BOA for 20 years now and this is the rudest branch I have encountered. Went in to have a document notarized for my daughter's school. The bald rotund gentleman at the front said very curtly that I have to make an appointment to get a notary but "we don't touch any non-BOA documents anyway". Called BOA, confirmed this was not the case, just this location's (or notary's) policy.
