My bank wouldn’t touch my complicated deal. They frankly didn’t understand what I needed. VIP not only saw what we were trying to accomplish but added elements to the deal to make it smoother, more affordable and faster than my escrow office could believe. Three days from start to finish on 100% financing. Not only was I impressed but my escrow officer and my realtor were amazed at the efficiency of VIP.
