Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Via, Carlsbad

Bank of America is trash. If your thinking about starting an account, don't. These people don't care about their customers. The service and responses are absolutely ridiculous. Try dealing with the phone tree and find out how short your patience is.

I like this branch since all the employees are very nice and helpful.

Bank manager Noe is always helpful and finds the write answer. Other people are less knowledgable

I live near this branch. I went in to complete a simple transaction at the counter. There were 3 people in line ahead of me and 3 employees behind the counter but only 1 teller taking customers. The teller taking customers seemed to be preoccupied with other tasks, using the money counter machine and talking with the other teller who was also counting money. I was in line for more than 30 minutes due to their inattentiveness. When it was finally my turn I walked up to the teller and she told me to "hold on" then she grabbed a stack of bills and put it through the money counter... I thought that would be it but NO.... she continued to use the money counter over and over again! I finally said, "Do you think you can do that after you help me?" She looked at me and continued what she was doing without saying anything... I told them they had terrible customer service and left without being helped. I drove down the road to the branch on El Camino Real where I was in and out in 5 minutes. Complete incompetence at this branch!

Not a very busy branch, so sometimes it means only 1 teller. But pleasant staff.
