Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Hamner Ave, Norco

This is a much better branch than the Bank of America in Eastvale. The Eastvale location is absolutely terrible. Customer service here is good, but the line inside also gets ridiculously long sometimes.

Tried to make an appointment online, that didn't work. Called the branch to make an appointment, automated answering service hung up on me. Called the branch again, after going through the automated answering service again and again and again i finally get through. A girl answered i believe her name was Stephanie she hangs up on me as i say my name. This is seriously messed up. I will be closing my accounts with bank of america shortly.

Nothing better than one window out of 11 open! The manager comes out to see if she can help anyone at the ATM while waiting in line. How about open another window? 8+ people waiting in line! If you’ve got time to waste this is the branch for you!

The staff was super slow, took for ever to open a checking account. The norco branch need a good management, & need to have a little faster process.. I missed work because of the representative Poor performance

They have posted that they close at 1:00 pm, however, at 12:40 not allowing anybody in and stating they are closed. Nice service you are not providing.

We had a Terrible experience !!! Anna the manager was rude, we waited almost 30 min to try an close my account, but not I have to make an appointment. The Bad part about all of this is the bank wasn’t crowed, the employees were extremely slow. The bank needs new Management !!!

Love Bank of America, but it's hard not to hate this location. One teller always, even on busy days. Staff not helpful nor knowledgeable on policy, always trying to get you to call customer service (What's the point in having a physical location then?)

After receiving assurances that we were approved on a home loan, it took over a month to tell us that they weren’t comfortable with it. High credit score and substantial down payment didn’t matter. The local office is unable to commit and the boss Mr P Szabo doesn’t return several calls. We pulled our business.

Everytime I come here there is only 1 or 2 tellers with a line of about 20 customers. It's ridiculous how they don't acknowledge this issue. I come here because it's close, but it might be better to just drive farther to get better service!

2 tellers only with other employees just standing around. Long waiting. Dont be in a hurry if you come here. Horrible customer service.
