Its a bank that miss manages money. Not to mention people of color are not exactly welcomed here. There is a feeling of hostility here.

Ms. Amanda, Personal Banker, was nice to help me close the Saving account and open the new checking account. My 5 year old daughter had a nice talk and fun times with her. Keeps up the good works, Ms. Amanda.

This is the worst citibank branch I have experienced. Extremely poor customer service especially personal banker. Unaware of processes, no knowledge of the products, just plain dumb staff and crews. This bank must close as not keeping up with needs of customers. Beware do not waste your time dealing with this branch, so hopeless!!

5 stars because they've always been efficient and friendly with me. Maybe I'm lucky?

Waited 50-minutes for a simple transaction and they were so understaffed that I ended up leaving before I could get someone to help me. Terrible customer service!

Alejandra was very professional and attentive with my transaction, she makes you feel at home, if she were a personal banker I'd definitely trust her with my accounts.

I would give this bank branch "0" Stars if I could. These people are incredibly rude and inept. My stepmother is in a nursing home, my father has a complete power of attorney for her. They refuse to acknowledge this legal document and is refusing to even talk with him about it. I just closed my own personal Citibank account due to this fiasco. The next step is for the attorney to handle.

Bad costumer service the old lady is the rudest in that branch

VERONICA GONZALEZ.....IS ABUSIVE TO CUSTOMERS AND TOLD ME AS A NEW MEMBER TO "CITIBANK"....THAT IF I DIDN'T LIKE THE NEW RULES ....THAT I COULD EASILY CLOSE MY ACCOUNT.....JUST LIKE I OPENED IT VERY EASY......WOW WHAT KIND OF "A WANNA BE MANAGER".... WOULD TELL YOU SOMETHING LIKE THAT....🤬🤬🤬.....I EVEN CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS TOLD TO TELL HER THAT SHE NEEDS TO FIX IT.....THE GUY THAT HELPED ME ALOT WAS JHONNY THE CUSTOMER RELATIONS MNG...AND WHEN I LET VERONICA GONZALEZ KNOW THIS...... THAT'S WHEN SHE SAID .....THAT I COULD JUST CLOSE MY NEW ACCOUNT IF I DIDN'T LIKE IT.......IT THAT RUDE OR WHAT......IM GONNA TAKE HER ADVICE AND CLOSE MY ACCOUNT..... My bf tried to open an account with them on thursday they made him wait in line for the longest and at the end they said no because theyre were almost going to close . Very rude of them to make him wait in line for nothing.
