Horrible experience. The so called Manager (as she claims) C. Ramirez has no sense of customer service, neither she got needed education, (apparently). Over all BOA customer satisfaction is low. But in a place like Windermere our expectation is higher. Switching to chase !!

Access to any employee across the entire United States and waited inside a cold room for almost an hour to talk to a loan specialist.

I felt safe using this location. I used my BOA card to enter the facility. It was clean and well lit. Hand sanitizer was available and social distancing was posted. I was the only person there. I will drive the extra two miles to use this ATM/VIDEO location. I immediately called my husband that this is the location we will be going to for now on when accessing money from ATM.
