    Website says they are open but instead I just wasted my time. Glad this is a business account because if it were mine it would be closed immediately.

    None of their equipment worked as shown. Just terrible, they clearly don’t care about costumer service. Because VC was not working, I tried their calling station. It gave me a 5minutes of wait time (countdown). I wrongly assumed that I will be connected at the end of that countdown. I was mistaken. It hit 0:00 and then reset back to 5:00!! At that point it was clear that this customer center is for namesake only. Pathetic experience.
