Bank of America (Lobby Service Only) Sugarloaf Pkwy, Lawrenceville

I read the many negative comments before going so I was already jilted. I have not been to the bank in two years. I was pleasantly surprised by a very friendly professional staff that treated me better than expected. 11:30 am on a Friday, no wait. I will return if need be or just to say hello.

Poor management with a limited skill set. Banking isn't a performance it's about tangible service. When you visit a brick and mortar facility the expectation is for quality customer service rather than reference, referral, and over reliance on a call center. The manager is a glorified key carrier. Let the banking customer beware. Looking for an old school bank that is knowledgeable and truly customer driven. Would never recommend this place.

Katrice Gatin took great care of my situation of my card being stolen and help me get a temporary card and everything. She even help me on questions and tips on credit card that I have with them. I appreciate the customer service and keep the area safe

This branch has the worst service. Today with a line 9 deep the woman monitoring the line let a woman walk in the bank in front of everyone. When questioned about this a excuse was I through she would be quick with her needs. What about the rest of your customers who are waiting. She should have been directed to the back of the line. Very poor service

Customer service is very bad. Easy and every day I come here I have to wait 20 Min plus just to make a deposit. 12 noon and only one teller. Businesses can’t use the auto teller. They have someone standing at a stand greeting people when she needs to be behind the counter taking care of customers

Waited in line over 30minutes to withdraw cash, they had only 1 employee providing the service while the rest walked around with tablets asking "how may I help you". Avoid this location if possible

Omg I hope I could give less stars to this location, waiting more then hour to update just small thing in my account half of the desks are empty the people inside staying more then one hour with each costumer, don’t waste your time

Only Lobby is open. Meaning, no tellers. Not sure why you would only half open a bank. Very deceiving and disappointing when you drive thinking you can do banking. Also dislike the way BofA now interrogates you before entering. What can I help you with (at the door)? Do you have an account?

Terrible service. Only one teller working They don't care how long does it take to assist anyone I waited in teller line 1030am in the morning until 11am just to make 1 deposit

Limited hour only lobby open really inconvenient.On top of that took out two ATM machines from out side one of them had a choice of larger bills.This is really not fair at all.No inside banking it's fine but take off the outside ATM doesn't make any sense Horrible decision.
