    Giving this location a poor rating is beyond generous. Slow and often nonexistent lobby service. Ladies running around the lobby doing nothing related to serving customers. Absolutely incredible that this company is still in business.

    Avoid, avoid, avoid!!! I wish I read previous reviews before I went there. Lobby closed @3.40pm. Made a line for 30 min with 4 cars ahead of me! Left with nothing… there is a reason I don’t bank with them… also when I asked for manager- I heard we don’t have one on duty. 😂😂😂

    Longest lines. If there is this much demand for a teller they need to hire additional staff. Stop being so cheap Bank of America.

    Worst ATM check reader ever. Almost every check said unable to accept , was perfect, no rips, perforations, legible. After 4 to 5 tries. It would finally be accepted. You can go to the Fruitville one and the checks are accepted the first time. My boyfriend banks at BOA, I don't understand why, he complains of the poor service, the drive thru, they messing up of his account and every bank , including this one has bad reviews. There are tons of great banks still out there, I personally wouldn't have a relationship with them again after leaving about 20 years ago because of poor service. Some things never change I see.

    Horrible service. I bank with Bank of America and have a business account with them. Came in to this location and spoke with Diana Avolos in the small business banking section. She wasn’t helpful at all. Rude and disrespectful. I tried adding my Wife to my account and she couldn’t because of our driver’s licenses not being updated to Florida state (we just moved from WA). It makes no sense, what, my Wife can’t even open an account right now because the license isn’t updated? If so, there has to be a work around that since everything is closed with driver’s licensing.

    Horrible, lobby is closed with no staff. NONE of the 7 BOA locations around me have lobby services open for business and ended up needing to drive nearly half an hour to find one that’s open. Yet, BOA limits the transactions and amounts available to be completed online or via mobile, so you HAVE to go into a lobby. How are any customers supposed to be able to do anything! Even better, this location still has a security guard monitoring the premises… Ridiculous!

    If I could give "negative stars" I would. WORST run/managed bank since banking began. DO NOT waste your time coming to this bank... Now, I'm here again a few months later and yes, I am a complete jackass. This teller is like molasses sliding down an iceberg. The manager should feel ashamed and embarrassed...absolutely ridiculous...

    Drive Thru is never open, you will have to go stand in line ,no staff there is always a long line, be prepared to wait for quite a while because they are barely operational, running with the least amount of staff they can possibly get away with, after 3 years of coming here I'm completely fed up and will be taking my business elsewhere as soon as possible,...IN RESPONSE to the response ...if this branch of Bank of America would simply hire more staff and train them, you wouldn't have to keep sending your same old tired "pass the buck "response for people to look up Facebook and Twitter, that is not what needs to be done, deal with the staffing issues and the problem will be solved, enough said!...or it should have been, In Response to the owners response, Did you even bother to read my review? Obviously not, again shame on you!

    Never staffed with enough people. Advertises drive thru open but not enough staff to actually ooen it. Manager says corp is only allowing so many tellers and he will not step up and help even when the line is out the door!! Started going to a different branch further away cause it is so bad! July 2021 and still waiting outside the bank in the rain because they do not have enough people on the counter.

    Horrible horrible horrible one teller on a Saturday. A manager who running around nervous. Every time I come here it’s an ordeal & waste of time. This branch needs to just close because they certainly cannot conduct efficient business. Horrible just horrible
