Bank of America Financial Center 3rd Ave, New York

I came here friday to try and get something notarized, the told me they didn't have a notary that day and made me come back Saturday. I came back Saturday and the notary refused to accept my drivers license and made me go back home to get my passport. So I went all the way back uptown to get my passport and came back... and then he didn't even fill out the form right. He didn't sign half of the things that needed to be signed by the notary. Now the bank is closed. It is a holiday weekend so they won't be open until Tuesday. If they're going to take 2 days and make me take multiple trips to this bank, the LEAST they could do is notarize something correctly.

I had a very small issue with my account (change ATM pin) but at other locations they've always had problems with it. Here, I walked in without an appointment and they did it in less than 5 minutes, it was great!

I have visited this and many other banking centers throughout my time in NYC. The service at this location is by far the best. Marcelo is great to work with and extremely helpful and friendly. When we needed assistance from someone else, he put us in touch with Naqi who was extremely helpful and made sure all my needs were met and I was taken care of! I recommend this center to anyone looking for quality service from their bank!

Made an appointment for 2pm with the notary Dornell. It was an important document that needed to be signed that day which is why I made an appointment in advance. I get to the bank at 1:58 and waited about 15 mins. Then was told he couldn’t see me for another 20-30 mins. That is past my time that I could stay. Why would I make an appointment if it didn’t matter. I explained to him the situation and understandably he was with a another customer he did not make accommodation for my appointment. He said he had another appointment at 3 so you just void mine? I did not receive any email or notification my appointment would be canceled at 2 or anything. when I asked for the manager he was in a “meeting”. This bank is unorganized and not accommodating to customer needs. Be aware of the notary process! update: go next door to Wells Fargo!! they do it with no nonsense

I live abroad and I’m so happy I did business with this team. Naqi was very friendly and refer me to Ricardo who guided me throughout the whole process. I appreciated the fact that both Naqi and Ricardo spoke Spanish because my mom doesn’t speak any English and she was with me. They were very accommodating and nice. I will definitely continue to come to this center

Great service! In one hour we could open two checkin accounts and credit cards. Leimar Puentes was very friendly and helpful. Great thanks to BofA for working with new immigrants.

This branch has a very well trained staff. There was an error on my cashiers check and Ruben I believe he is the manager noticed it and ended up finding out where I worked and came to deliver the check at my office. I would of never known that the check was going to be voided. He saved me a trip to the bank !! I am a Bank of America Customer for over 10 years and because of well ethical people like Ruben I will continue to be a bank of America customer. Thank you Ruben for your amazing customer service.

The teller dated my cashier’s check wrong, and my landlord charged me a late fee on my rent

Only one teller working, processing customers at a rate of 2/10 min at best. Asked if they had another teller, the answer was no. Strangely the person i asked at the door came to assist the teller with another customer so he had the know how, just opted to occasionally say "hi' instead of reducing 30 min wait times. Upon leaving i informed him again of the slow service, he didn't reply, didn't even say bye. Incredibly slow with a lack of basic customer service skills, disappointing branch.

Very approachable team! I want to mention Ricardo because he was very thorough and helped me solve an issue with my savings account. It's a nice surprise to see that for a busy center their customer service is great
