Bank of America Financial Center Wilshire Blvd, Beverly Hills

Went there yesterday and had to come back today. The teller yesterday omitted information from her service and today, a different teller was more helpful. As I concluded my business I mentioned that yesterday the other teller was rude in not providing all of the information. Suddenly a manager, a "finance manager" began yelling across the room. At first I wasn't sure if it was the other teller or someone behind a wall.. she didn't bother walking over or even introducing herself. She just yelled out "the teller wasn't rude, I was here and she did tell you" I responded that I am sure that the teller didn't tell me yesterday because I am the one who spoke with her (like i want to go to the bank twice for the same thing). Anyway, she continued to argue with me like I know her. I do not. I asked for her name, she refused to give it and said that she is calling the cops. I hope she gets sent home or something because yelling like that at customers without getting up to speak with them causes issues automatically.

Went here 2 days ago, a Monday or a Tuesday, which “updated by business last week” hours read “Open.” Nope. Closed until Thursday. Go back today (Thursday) nope closed until Monday. So Monday they are closed until Thursday and Thursday that are closed until Monday? Even though you updated your hours last week? I understand there’s a worker shortage but someone updated the hours to be completely unhelpful and wrong.

when you need to do something , is closed even business day always I think they should shut it down for ever !

They don't answer their phone. Tried several times to get a human. No luck! I think I see why so many bad reviews about poor customer service. Their phone tree just kept me in a loop of not answering and then re-try. Press 1, then 4, then no answer, then 1, then 4, etc... Very frustrating!!!

they told me to wait 20 minutes to help me about the debit card it was about 4 clients in whole bank 2 on the line for transactions issue and it was two employee on the computer 2 people came in and they went without waiting and they have been helped while im sitting and waiting these guys torrible no costomer service at all

Absolutely disgraceful. The tellers don't seem to know very much about basic bank terminology and how the online banking system works. My main issue though was the "manager" of this branch Pam. Pam was completely unprofessional when I was trying to access my account and even threatened that she is going to leave notes on my account after I left. After verifying with my ID and debit card they also needed to send a verification code to one of my phone numbers or email which I agreed to. She refused to send the code to my email and also would not send it to my phone unless I did what she demanded. She demanded me to physically give her my phone before sending a verification code which is a complete lack of privacy and I've never been asked to do this by anyone nor would I ever comply to this. I ended up conducting my business at another branch shortly after with no problems. I will be sending this to the BBB and any other department that can look into this manager's lack of training and understanding of federal/state laws, and possibly permanently switch to a different bank after this experience.

I thought the service here would be fast and efficient because it's in Beverly Hills. But I was wrong. The system of the teller who was helping me froze. It took me almost 20 minutes to do simple transaction even though there is no line.

I came in to get a temporary card. Only one banker assisting guests at 3:30pm. People were waiting in front of me but they left. Was there for over an hour for a bank card. No one came by to see if I needed assistance or anything. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. And then my card wasn't set up properly so I have to come back

This branch is never open. Very unreliable hours and availability. Do not come here and waste time.

Terrible customer service. I’ve been standing in line for 45 minutes. Every time I come here I waste at least 30 mins.
