The lady’s who work the front will lie to you, take pictures of your check and send them to her boss, who will then tell you they can cash your check for 6% under a hold to clear basis. Don’t understand how they are in business. They will cash your check and hold your money for several days. I was lied to by a lady who verified my check and she told me she could not verify it. Shady, Greasy place. Use PLS instead.

Please accept my review as complaint for discrimination. To very big surprise, this service did not even deserve one star rate. I am working in law firm and I know what is great customer service is. First, I called to ddd payday loan on 10-13 and receptionist told that payday loans available only Monday- Saturday. She did not mentioned requirements and moreover who can apply for loan. I came with all my documents on 10-15, cashier refused to provide the service based on I do not have checks: only my direct deposit form from Bank of America. nothing was said that I cannot received service because I live to far from Beverly Hills. I live in Santa Monica city. Same day I applied to Ez Cash located two blocks away and And received great friendly service and cash I needed. Again I came on 10-28 with checks to apply again; filled out application and got rejected for reason your company cannot serve me because I live farther than radioisotope away from your store. Where in your website and other payday loan stores that kind of restrictions. I felt discriminated and insulted. If your employees continue to provide such service to other customers you can receive official complaint. I mentioned that I am already a customer to Ez cash which is nearby and nobody says nonsense. Response from your employer was: your payday loan has your own rules. The owner of DDD payday loan store, please rewise your website or put sign on your door: only local 1 miles reside customers. I will write complaint to Beverly Hills and DIstrict Attorney office.

Very pleasant people to deal with. They've cashed checks for me and I get payday loans here. They cashed my paycheck for me even when I lost my wallet and ID.

I call ahead of time to see if I was able to cash my check and what the rates were. I wasted my time driving all the way down there just for her to tell me she has to verify my check with my company, who is closed on Sundays. Thanks for nothing!

This place is a scam. They say they have an ATM and charge your card and include an “ATM FEE” which is not a fee, they just take that money and give you the rest. It’s not a fee unless the bank authorizes it as a fee. Avoid

I came to cash my check here and they charge too much. So out of curiosity i asked how much they charge bcuz she didnt guve me a receipt i asked the girl behind the give me a receipt and her rude answer was "oh well you can have your check back" as a customer not only cashing my work check there was no need for the attitude i have every right to ask, never going here again

Everyone here is so friendly and helpful! I don't want to have a bank account, so I bring checks here and never have a problem.
