Bank of America Financial Center Ming Ave, Bakersfield

I have a disability and the man at the front desk did not allow me to sit inside the bank to wait for my friend while they attended him! He came and told me that I couldn't be inside the bank!! poor service bank of america

I have business account How terrible service is minimum 30-40 stand in the line there is only 2 cashiers and 15 people in the line. And 2 gentleman had a tablet which they helps people to deposit check but they don’t care about people they were just talking to each other and walking around in the building people don’t have choices to come in bank BUT SHAME ON YOU BANK OF AMERICA STAFF RESPECT YOUR CUSTOMER YOUR BANK DEPENDENT ON THE CUSTOMER NOT CUSTOMER DEPENDENT ON YOUR BRANCH-bank give you wages MORE THAN $40 hours for customer service not waist time please don’t give hard time And I visit today I will keep giving feedback until you guys don’t do good service I will tweet also so your bank can know what’s going on

I started my business in 2002 and I have been using Bank of America since then from last 20 years and some other financial institutes, but I have the best experience with Bank of America and I highly recommend.

B of A has stolen from me three times within the last three years. Waiting on reimbursement for the last occasion. Their system is fraudulent and their system account history depicts different from the customers banking app history. Show them proof of fraud they still tell you you’re wrong. The branch manger and specialist were not helpful. I’m out 241$ again until the future class action lawsuit finalizes

Waiting time is very long. But Yessenia Ramirez made that time easy, very professional and provided all information for my business with the bank. It's better to make appointment.

Exceptional customer service. Clean and well maintained. Building was recently updated during COVID. People recognize the quality so it can get busy. Create appointments beforehand if you're in a rush.

Slowest bank. Had five people ahead of me but it took 45 minutes to get to teller. They have 3 employees roaming in branch, should use them as tellers to speed up.

I had a wonderful experience at this branch of BOA. Although I did not have an appointment, the financial center manager Alfonso Mojarro was able to get me in that same day. He was very courteous and made sure all the questions I had were answered. Alfonso and Cat Lopez, the relationship manager helped me set up my online account and take care of everything I had planned to do that day.

Bank of America has brand ATM machines, and the walk up tellers have a seat in front where you can sit and rest well they are working on your transaction. We came in to take care of some basic transactions. Put found out that without a reservation there's a long wait. The lady that came to wait on us said that she couldn't help us at that time because she didn't have a desk to service us with. It would have been good if she had had a computer or handheld computer available or she could help us even though there wasn't a desk. Overall I'm pleased with the Bank of America at this location or courteous and the facility is well kept. But they should make sure that they can service everyone that comes into their front door where they have a reservation or not.

I’ve had Bank of America and every bank I’ve been to, they’ve always been so nice and helpful and I’m always in and out. Recently, I moved closer to this one, so I tried going here to cash my check and they said it “looked like a copy”. Even though I literally cash the same type of check every week at other bank of America’s and it’s never a problem. I can’t help but feel like it’s because I look different then their usual foot traffic. Never coming back.
