The manager John and personal banker Miguel have been my small business and personal bankers for over 12 years. I moved from Allied Gardens to Downtown years ago -- but I still make the trip back to them, because I trust them to ensure my accounts are handled with VIP style. :-) Their customer service is impeccable. They are certain to have a smile to welcome you, and earnestly care about your well being and success, and of course, wiling to help solve any issue or concern with ease and speed and a positive vibe. John walker provided excellent customer service. He consistently greets, open doors, walks customers out, and spends time to help you with your financial needs. I’m grateful for his professional service today. Thanks John.

I was here to exchange cash for coins for a small business and they shorted me $18. The teller counted everything multiple times so I’m fairly certain he was aware of what he was doing. I even asked him to write it down or give me a receipt and he just shooed me away.

Do not come in if you have a problem. They will make sure you wait for a few days. The least welcoming branch of BOF I’ve ever been to. The tellers are nice.

Opened account online and had debit card and ID in hand and supervisor refused to give me a cashier's check because pin number had not been set up yet. Not right!

**I have to update my comment as of 2021 since John is no longer acting as manager. The new manager does not show the same level of customer service and his inadequate managing has permeated throughout his employees where you quickly feel the lack of attention and cordiality. I hope John returns soon so he can bring back the high standards.** Great customer service, always resolved my issues in a timely manner. John, the manager, and the rest of the reps are very professional and courteous. I'm not sure if it is because I'm a platinum member but the service is, indeed, exemplary.

Miguel and John Walker have kept me with Bank of America now for 10 years. As a small business owner it’s really important to have a bank like this. Jesse has also helped me numerous times with various issues. Most importantly planning for my businesses future. I unfortunately live in Carlsbad but still come down to this location. I have recommended this location to my friends and family.

Miguel my banker is awesome ! He takes the time to explain all details but most importantly, he understands top notch customer service. He goes above and beyond to make me a happy customer. BOA u got an asset there.

Always great service by John the bank manager and Miguel. They take a genuine interest in their clients and make you feel very welcome during your visits.

It an ok location in a strip mall with plently of parking. Although the area is on a corner and tends to get congested with traffic.
