Currently standing in line, all i need is a new card which for some reason i could not do online so i thought i'd stop by rather than waiting forever on the phone.. 4 employees walking around the floor and not one acknowledges the people in line or ask why they are here and if they could help with something that might be very simple.

Customer service is very bad here. I came three times here . Each person tells different rules for check deposit and also to open bank account it takes longer hours. They are not polite with customer.

This is the only nearby Bank of America Financial Center I found which is open on Saturdays. If you go on Saturdays, expect a long queue outside the bank.

Customer service very bad. Seems you are doing them a favor because of being here. Rude no manners at all. I came here cause the bank I have my account sucks as well. I guess this is all there is now days. Wait time just to finish opening a new account 1hour, I did everything online only need a ID verification.

Very bad costumer service 90% of the time only one worker service 20 to 25 standing up costumers 😡

Most all of the B of A have horrible wait times, & never pick up a phone at the branch. The worst Bank ever. Never have this type service with Wells Fargo Banks. I'm closing all my Accounts with B of A.. So Done with this BANK.

The line is almost at the front gate only one cashier working the rest just walking around welcoming people

No reason you have a staff and refuse to open up more lanes….. 15 people in line and only have 1 lane, and for a bit 2. The extra staff was just walking around and talking. If they are on break or something have them in the back. Poor leadership

Most of the specially on Saturday this location doesn't have tellers and customers has no choice but to get some cash from ATM , so if someone needs more money don't come here
