Bank of America Financial Center S Madera Ave, Kerman

Do not be fooled by seeing two ATMs outside. Rest assured that only ONE will be operational. I don't know on what hollowed burial ground they built their vault to deserve such electronic gremlins to plague this location. You might get lucky on that one day of the week where two of them are working, but don't hold your breath. Service inside is slow, so either make an appointment or show up with at least two hours to spare. This location seems grossly mismanaged. It is a shame it is the only BofA location available to the farming towns surrounding Fresno.

Slowest, most outdated BofA i ever been to. They always have an ATM down, so there's always long lines. They serve a big community and don't care at about customer service. Been banking with them for years, i think it's time to move on. Worth the pain to change banks.

Doesn't matter what time I come here there is always a long line and 1 teller!!!!!! Hire more employees or schedule better! I dread coming here every damn time!

This place is horrible. I come here maybe once a year and I dreed it every time. There is always a long line and it barely moves because there are only 2 people that work here. There are tons of unemployed people in this area, why can't they hire more help?

Always busy line is all the way to door every day same thing , Can't do anything same day have to come back to do a simple wire transfer or change something in account, Not friendly staff 1 of male manager is not friendly at all who sit all the time and do nothing

Literally worst bank I’ve ever been to! Long lines and one teller, manager sees 50 people in line and won’t help. Expect to waste an hour or two before getting help! Closed my account!

They only have two ATMs for Kerman and neighboring cities of San Joaquin, Tranquillity, Mendota, Cantua Creek among others. The ATM lines are often long and often lack money. Just an awful bank that shows no interest providing access to its customers money. If you look at tweets, this has been an ongoing issue going back a few months. Warren Buffet injected capital into the bank recently which makes me wonder if the bank is on the verge of collapsing. Going to move my money elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars I would! Worse bank in the World! 100 customers and one teller! I think you have an easier and quicker time crossing the border than getting someone to help you at this bank! Bad customer service once you actually do get someone to help you! They should do a complete clean out of the current employees and get new ones! BAD! BAD! BAD!

As a customer I feel disconnected and all I am is an account number. I feel the bank approval algorithm is designed to hold grudges from events older that 3 years!

This bank of full of lazy, disinterested, non-smiling people. They can't even take the time to help people out. You're better off going to the bank down the street.
