Bank of America Financial Center W Shaw Ave, Fresno

My experience with BoA was very satisfying. I was out of country and was locked out from online banking. There was no phone number to reach someone. But through social media contact I was able to reach and indeed received a very satisfactory service. Recently they also allow to update the mobile app from other countries. Service is improving for sure.

This store alone legit has slow workers. Like they don’t open on time. They always open five mins after opening time, and the worst part of all, which is the most funniest part is that when they open, their front line workers is not even ready. They would still count their draw money when there is 10-15 ppl in line. The second most funny thing about this location is that they only have two front line workers, but five relationships bankers on their computer. Like whoever is managing the store is doing a terrible job. He or she most be real comfortable, or has higher up that are protecting him or him from getting let go. 🤷

If you want your money took by your bank and want to wait 45 business for them to return it. Then this is the bank to go to. Not to mention that I now have to pay a 75 dollar late charge on my rent because of the banks mistake. And no they are not paying that. They can care less. Going to change to another bank as soon as I can.might just call the news. Since they like being on the news lately. Because their services is so bad cant believe I banked with them for so many years. Never again. Your better off taking your business elsewhere.

No good service all the time. Only one teller work. Nd have long line. Almost 15 customers waiting in line. When I came this bank have same all the time. Manager have to do something

Extended saturday hours for what? Still 2 tellers You aint no sorry bank of america come on, today is friday march 11 and im editing this review and you guys got on 1 teller and like 5 people just crusing around in the back

Worse location . 1 hour wait for what ??? Just to deposit check . Only 2 tellers r on windows seeing 35 people waiting in line. They don't care. If you want to spoil your day . Visit this location.

this is the worst place to come to do any transaction unfortunately the lack of tellers make this institution a real bad place to come! always only 2 attendants and they give the preferences to those who own a business putting the rest of the people on long waiting time So if you don’t have nothing to do during a day this is the right place.

I've been banking both business and personal with BOA for 5 years. Their customer service is always outstanding. The bank manager Jose is extremely helpful and goes out of his way to assist clients. I never really leave many reviews but it is hard to get quality customer service. This branch has tremendous quality form the top down

Waited for an hr to get in then was asked to leave because it was almost closing time. Then, I came back next day and waited for an hr as well only to get in to this big surprise! ONLY TWO EMPLOYEES HELPING HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE WAITING OUTSIDE! This’s insane !!! Why not hiring more ppl to make customers experience here a lot easier! I’m just very disappointed

23+ year customer ready to leave BofA! I personally have 2 checking accounts, 1 savings account, 1 credit card, and equity line of credit. That apart from 2 additional children's accounts. Have been happy for long time with their service. Although for the past 2 years I've noticed customer service has gone down hill for this institution. For the past 6 months for one reason or another, every single one of my accounts have started getting account fees. In the past, I would call customer service. They would go over my accounts and apologize, reimburse fees charged and apply correct codes. I've called every other month for past 6 months because all of a sudden one of my accounts is getting the monthly fee. When I spoke to Eric with customer service on 12/2/21, I asked, "Ok, now all my accounts are fixed correctly and I will not receive monthly fees?" He indicated, "That's correct". Now 12/31/21, I received a monthly fee on my savings account which has been open for 20 years & had the required monthly transfer deposited into account to waive monthly fees. Customer service said, "sorry but since 2018, we no longer carry your type of account, you will be charged from now on". Why all of a sudden, 3 years after the change,, would I be charged, no advance notice. I asked Customer service (Alabama)to speak to manager, she said she would transfer then hung up on me. They didn't even call me back, so I called customer service(got Alabama again). Went over everything and asked to speak to manager again, she said, "sorry but manager can't help with anything, they'll tell you the same thing." I can't believe this is how they treat a 23+ year customer. I decided to call the branch manager at this location (Shaw Westgate). They never answer the phone, there's no option to leave a voice-mail, it just rings and then goes back to main menu. IM DONE! LEAVING BofA LIKE MANY PEOPLE I KNOW HAVE. ONTO FIND A BANK THAT ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT THEIR DEVOTED CUSTOMERS 👋
