Bank of America Financial Center N Tustin St, Orange

Hi, I'm scrolling through the website on the 2680 N Tustin branch city of orange BOA. This probably isn't your department but I'm looking for a contact to report a very unprofessional employee you guys have at this branch. His name is Andrew Muniz. I relocated to a whole different branch name because this person would look up information on someone's acct info when I was depositing money. Pls let me know what contact or email I can reach out to make a report. He is giving BOA a horrible name and I know you work very hard to get to the position your in. Thx.

This bank is amazing. Never long wait or lines. Employees are helpful,professional, nice, always greet you with a smile.Great customer service. Definitely recommend this bank.

Seems someone is always ready with a bad review. I have been a BofA customer for 32 years. And granted, there have been a lot of downward changes and most people don't appreciate changes...myself included. I have been primarily using this N. Tustin branch for 4-5 years. It is by far the best branch in this Orange/Tustin/Yorba Linda area. The staff has always been polite, professional, and responsive. I have had several "special" circumstances and in every case the branch staff have done a really good job solving these challenges for me. This past year with the Covid virus has challenged nearly all service industries, including banking. For myself it has taught me to be more tolerant and patient. Lessons we all need to take to heart. Good job BofA N. Tustin Branch.

Had been trying to get help at other banks and they couldn’t help us. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Jose helped us quickly and was very patient and kind. I had a great experience at the bank today

Has not been open since July. Thot bank was going to open Wednesday, now site says Thursday. We need a bank that can be available & trustworthy.

I would not come here again Christopher is the worst guy I have ever meet I told him over 10 time I like to deposit my check in the checking and he want to deposit it in savings it my money not his I ask for supervisor he doesn’t want it get he start shaking and his face turn yellow.

I don't think they have customer service and also I think no one cares about the customers. I'm waiting more than 30 minutes for nothing even there is no reason.

Terrible customer service. Made several attempts to deposit a Living Trust in one of their secured safety deposit boxes and got the complete run around. Going back and forth to have a rep help with my request was too difficult to accomplish there, so I gave up.

This bank has very poor management service. They gave me a counterfeit Bill before. After it was reported they were good to refund me my money. The verification machines they have will catch bad bills if the light is on. I kindly asked the manager Erik to please turn on the light so that I know for sure we have a good Bill. He insisted to be rude to be for the second time and asked me if I would like to go somewhere else. Hello I'm the customer here and we have a business account that is holding a lot of our money. He called he's boss over who said in a very nice voice sir no problem and turned the light on. See Erik that wasn't that hard now was it. I think you need to take some classes on customer service. Bottom line is I will be banking somewhere else .

No Merchant Services Line or Help. If you own a business use a different financial center as this one offers no services towards us. The line here is as long if not longer than others. There is no benefits to coming to this location. Your better served.
