The people are very nice at this location, it's usually fast paced service. But beware if you don't have an account with them the clerks will hassle to you every visit about opening an one. Other then that I would rate them very good !

Worst service. Their employee gave us the wrong information multiple times which resulted in unnecessary penalties to our account. She tricked us into opening an account by providing false information and by withholding pertinent information. This is just shy of fraud. We will be closing our account and never returning to this bank again.

There was No line and the staff was super friendly! Would consider switching but there's a Charter One at the end of my block (staying with them merely for Convenience's sake). Miss Diggins might be thinking of the Michigan First Credit Union one floor up. They Always have long lines!!
