Bank of America Financial Center Windward Ave, Venice

I wish I could give this place a 5 star but some of the tellers that work there are not very helpful. I lost my debit card and the girl with the pink hair refused to help me. However, Jason Seltzer is a 5 star man! He is by far the the best guy working there. Great attitude and customer service!

I did not solve a very small issue in this bank for a small amount, too much poking around in vain, but I successfully solved it in another branch of this bank. Employees and manager make it difficult for clients to work from scratch! Such an interesting team gathered there! Friendly guys who pick the brains of customers and get high!

It was 230 pm and there was nobody inside the building. I saw am employee milling about inside for about 30 seconds before show was gone. The doors were locked, I couldn’t walk inside. Awful.

ATM ate my card; unfortunate luck if not for another ATM (making 2 of 3) eating someone else's card as well. Bank was closed during COVID and the number on the ATM had an automated message that said to call my card issuer instead, so I had to call and cancel my card. ATM should probably be maintenanced more regularly or replaced.

Went to this bank 2day..customer service which were mostly women and 1 male were not helpful or customer friendly.. i use to like this branch ALOT...boy that has changed

No manners, rude, and charged me a fee for cashing a check. Despite the fact that I have an account and she was too lazy to find it. Fire your bank manager and train your people right. Treat every person that walks through the door like a client, rather than a transaction.

I have been banking with BoA for almost 15 years and never really had big issues with them. This location is in the heart of Venice, so I can only imagine what the tellers have to deal with here. But my experience with Carmen today was fantastic. I had an issue with one of my checks and he knew exactly how to help me and fix the issue. He was proactive and I felt like he cared about helping me. I'm super happy to have been with BoA for so long, and super appreciative of Carmen! Thanks man!!!

Horrible service. I came to the financial center to make a wire transfer. The clerk who I was waiting for 30 minutes was very rude (big big guy) , he even didn’t tell me hello and didn’t tell his name and said me that he can’t do the wire transfer because the system doesn’t work today, but 30 minutes earlier his manager take me that’s everything good and I can transfer my money. I think he did it because it was with in 20 minutes before closing so he did want to care.

This is a wonderful location. I came up from Ventura to help my 101 year old aunt. Nat was very helpful , He spent over an hour with us. He was knowledgeable, friendly and went way beyond anyone I have ever worked with at Bank of America. I was even able to call him later and work out some issues we had. IF i lived in Venice I would bank here. Thank you Nat for your excellent service. I have had an account with Bank of America over 25 years and was never treated this well. Thank you Nat again.

Had to come here because of Bank of America's limitations when it comes to online banking. It's annoying that in 2019 you still need to drive to BOFA in-person to bank with them. The people were very nice but management incentivizes them try to upsell accounts and services I don't need. The whole song and dance is a waste of my time.
