    Sean was efficient, courteous and professional. His fund of knowledge leaves no question unanswered. He was patient with my 8 and 12 year old kids. On multiple occasions he has provided the kind of service you would expect from a small hometown bank, yet with the resources of a large national bank. His service is personal and delivered with an unrushed smile. He was thorough yet extremely considerate of my time. Donna the branch manager was readily available at a moment's notice when needed.

    Place is a complete joke! Terrible service. Been business banking with them for over 10 years. You can't get an appt online for weeks. Go to branch and they want you to wait for hrs to see someone then tell you they can't guarantee you they have time to help you. This is all due to them allowing fraudulent charges go through on our account.

    Horrible! I was the first person in line at the drive through. Waited 20 minutes, then they took my deposit & it sat on the counter for 7 minutes before teller took it. And then it took another 10 minutes. 35 minutes at drive thru for simple deposit!

    Hands down the worst BOA location in Sarasota! My wife and I went in there on Saturday morning for the simple task of adding her to my account and after waiting in line for over 10 min behind ONE PERSON ( the one bank teller on duty was more intrested in discussing her day at the beach than actually helping customers) was told that all the representatives were busy for the day. I could understand if the place was crowded but it was a total ghost town in there and all the representatives and the concierge were in the back office laughing and drinking coffee. I guess for some reason they though they were being incognito even though the office is a huge glass box. Anyway the teller said the best she could do was make us an appointment for some time on Monday, well since my wife and I both work full time jobs this obviously wasn't going to work for us. I have been a bank of America customer for over 15 years but after today I am seriously considering closing my accounts with them and at the very least calling corporate headquarters and letting them know how poorly managed that location is.

    Saturday, December 1 ~ I went to this bank to deposit money and they only had one teller. The line was out the door! When I spoke to one of the bankers to see if this was typical, I was told they were transitioning toward being more automated. He said upper management was aware of the problem and doesn't care how it affects they're customers. I was told to bank at another if I was unhappy. Just might do that.

    Let me be clear, the rating is not for the bank or the local branch but for the one, real - live person at the branch that helped me. After a circuitous mixup that only a large bank can manage...here is your new card, the pin has not changed. Your card will not work because the pin has changed, you need your pin to change your pin... I went to a local branch to solve in person. Donna, listened to the issue and within 5 minutes solved it and had me on my way. Refreshing to find that in a business where we are just faceless numbers.

    Scheduled appointment via app, came on scheduled time, and the place is "temporarily closed". Other locations had messages of that when trying to schedule, this one seemed open for appointments. Maps also still show this location as open.

    This branch has served all my needs on time and well done. One representative stands out , Amelia Obi who seems to have an answer for any bank question asked. I do most banking on line and seldom have had a problem in the 23 + years plus of dealing with them, and that includes many cities in the US. A recent problem on line had me wondering if I shouldn’t change to Chase. I found most Chase locations closed due to the virus. I guess I’ll stick with B of A.

    It is impossible to reach anyone by phone. I’ve tried calling 3 times and it’s busy and they want me to use online services which are not applicable to my problem. They also suggested I physically go to the bank. This is a very un-service motivated company!
