Bank of America Financial Center Dyckman St, New York

This is the worst BOA, Franchise in NYC. I have been a customer for more than 10 years, and the lines are horrible, and wait time are so long and most of the time you can see that, the reason it doesn’t make sense. If you can go to another branch, please do.

I when to 2 other branches and only this one understood how to get me in and out fast. All thanks to Katty P. (front greeter) was wonderful and knowledgeable.

My husband has a savings account and does not have a card and cannot leave the United States because he cannot withdraw his money through an office. We call the bank and they do not attend us, with a terrible service and we regret opening an account with you.

This branch is better than most around here. the staff is friendly and always ready to help. some of the people in line that act A fool are not even customers. The lines are long like every other place in NYC. use the ATM or the app. if you're in a rush

This branch is always closed. The atm's are always messed up & I end up having to withdraw money from another ATM & charged for the transaction. The next open Bank Of America branch nearest me, is in the Bronx. If I knew this would be happening, I would of not opened an account with Bank Of America.

Short staff, it take to much time for a simple process, the bathroom is not available even if you are doing business with them.

I always use the ATM and I can say location is not car friendly but overall, no complaints.

I have been to this location 3 times mainly to deposit cash into my mother's checking account. The 3 times have been aweful. The lines at this Dyckman location are ridiculous, and there is always only two tellers or less; but today my experience was the worse when I asked for someone to assist the tellers one lady by the name of Wendy I think asked me what was I waiting on line to do and I told her I want to make a deposit; she asked me to do it online and my answer was I have a Chase account. She responded by sending me to the nearest Chase bank a block away and telling me that I dont need to be there. Not once she apologized for the long wait. She was extremely disrespectful and condecending. I will never go back to that bank and I changed my mom to Chase bank. If there was 0 stars my review wouldve been more accurate.

Had a great experience with Wanda Paulino. She’s very helpful and professional 👍🏽👍🏽

People from the staff were really nice and helpful. I've been here like 5 times and I always got help within the first 15-20 minutes, and 2 times I didn't have to wait at all. 👍🏻
