Bank of America Financial Center Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles

Perpetually understaffed, this bank is great if you don’t value your time. They are literally the very best at wasting it. If you’d like to call or use their website you’re promised it will get you no where. Schedule an appointment, they’ll show up 30 min late. I give them ten stars at wasting your time. They are the absolute best at being the worst.

Very busy around the first of the month. Tellers are efficient, however, their agents are a bit slow at recognizing customers who want to open new accounts or have questions about existing ones. Sometimes they have a sign-in list and sometimes they don't. The ATMs outside are dirty and there is trash everywhere.

This bank refused to allow my mother (a long time Bank of America employee) to make a cash deposit into my account because she didn't "have a Bank of America account". This is NOT a Bank of America policy and they should be held responsible for unacceptably poor service. Not only is my mother disabled she was attempting to make a deposit following a family emergency. Horrible branch. I will be going elsewhere.

No specific parking lot dedicated to this location but there are plenty of parking lots across the street from it alongside metered parking. It's on the corner of a busy intersection (Sunset and Echo Park Ave) but you'll get a lot of weird characters passing you by when you use the ATM but it's convenient enough. It's not HARD to find parking if you try.

Tried calling them two separate days... multiple times... no one answered. I also formally changed my name in person in the bank and requested new debit cards but they sent me debit cards with old name. Very frustrated by customer service.

Worst branch ever. The line is ALWAYS atLEAST a 15 minute wait because there are never brought tellers. Even on "busy days" as expected, still never properly staffed behind the counter. And the people are usually pretty dismal (probably because they're overworked and under paid). Go to another branch if want things done in a timely fashion and with a better attitude.

This place is a joke 2 of 3 atms never work you can't withdraw money always when it's close 1 atm is working if lucky you can withdraw .. today you could of not withdraw money from none of the atm it not the first or 2 time.

This place can't even just give me change. Went in to change $40 into quarters and they wouldn't without an account. As if BoA wasn't already a giant PoS. Such a basic service to deny non-members. Not community friendly. Very disappointed. I drove down to the California Credit Union nearby. They helped me out and we're very friendly.

Worst branch I’ve ever been to. Clerks and security guard are always mean and rude.

Never had a problem with this bank at all. not sure why the negative reviews. Always friendly staff and helpful
