Please please stay away from this credit union. Brenda borjon is by far the worst and most unprofessional person you will work with. No one answers calls or emails. Save yourself the worst experience you will ever have and go elsewhere. These people have no idea what customer service is. Worst experience I have ever had in a bank. Can’t wait to close my account and be done with this useless bank

Terrible service. I called saying I made a transaction and the merchant never sent the item. They then said they would call back and have someone unlock my card since the person wasn't supposed to lock my card. They never called. I called six time each transferred just to be told they can't unlock my card and have to send a new one. I was supposed to get checked for cancer and can't do the co-pay now and had to change my appointment to September.

I strongly recommend NOT getting an auto loan through WPCC. I’ve been happy enough with dealing with customer service but they only report to ONE of the three credit bureaus. This means if you’re looking later for a mortgage then your middle score (used for mortgage lending) will not take your auto loan into account. I never even knew this was such a thing and they weren’t able to do anything about it. My middle score is 30/40 points below what it should be for a 25k loan.

I've called several times to speak to someone about fraudulent activity and no one has called me back. It's well over the 10 days they kept saying too wait.

Its a lovely Credit Union and very clean. They are apart of the CU sharing branch. I bank in Michigan and my CU was accepted. The staff is always nice and their bilingual. Call to make sure your CU works with them.

No wait time! The staff is rude; I love it! I can deal with the non-professionalism and in return NO WAIT TIME IN LINES!!! YEA! If you can deal with the rudeness and being judge on your appearance and race, this is the bank. Most customers will go out of there way to go to another branch. Well, me..., I love it! Thanks to Saudia Jones Member Service Representative and Stacy Trammell-Baker Branch Sales Manager. If the lines return, I guess they fired them and I will be back in a line. Ouch!

The most rude unprofessional Bank. Do not bank here. do not even set foot in this Bank. Take your money somewhere else . There's many other credit unions besides this dump. People are unprofessional. They will cancel your card and not give you a reason. And when you called them and ask for an explanation, they just tossed the ball from one person to the other. Cuz they're not able to fix the problem. This place is a joke of bank .

I have tried to call this bank,but always disconnected and was told by the person who answered they are overwhelmed with calls. I understand that during the past months or years during COVID 19. Until now same reason, it’s time to Hire new staff to answer your phone!
