It is unclear to me that this bank conducts business anymore. I have swung by there any number of times on any given day and simply is never open.

    Response from the owner

I made an appointment online. After arriving I waited in the appointment waiting area for 10 minutes with no attention at all. Then, I approached and asked one of the associates. I told her that I had made an appointment online to close out a safe deposit box. She asked me to wait in the waiting area, mumbled something about seeing "if I had made an appointment", and continued to let me and another gentleman wait 20 more minutes without any confirmation, update on our wait time, or apology. Finally I was helped by another associate once he had finished an appointment that took a long time. Apparently, one associate had called out sick and this completely messed up the appointment scheduling.

This is how a BofA should be run. In and out. I was also given a receipt for non member fee, unlike the lazy ghetto branch at DC... Kudos. Corporate should use this branch as a yardstick in comparing service.

It is a typical Bank of America. There is a row of ATMs out in the parking lot. There is typically a security guard who also monitors the parking to make sure it is available for bank customers because it is a heavy traffic area for both vehicles and pedestrians. The tellers are typical.

Consistently closed when other banks on the same street are open. I do not understand why they keep closing this branch. The next closest branch always has a huge line.

This message is directly related to the Asian descent bank teller 007. Your customer service skills are absolutely horrible. Your manager should remove you and and be retrained. Aside from your stank attitude, what bank doesn't count out the money? You just tossed the money on the counter and waited for me to leave. I plan to make a formal complaint. Have a great day!

Their local phone number is useless. No one answers after repeated calls during normal working hours. It's impossible to leave a message. I had to drive to the bank to get someone's attention!

People who work there are really not costumer friendly they don't think about the costumers needs and they act like you are there to ask for free things. The worst service you can ever get in this bank.

Modern ATMs and the couple of times I went inside they were very helpful.
