    Banks are banks. What sets them apart is the staff that makes things easier. Teri at B of A is a jewel and makes the bank fantastic. She spent a lot of time in our complicated situation and was so pleasant. Need anything, go see Teri.

    I had a simple request that would have taken under 5 min. and the bank rep disappeared after asking me what I wanted. I can only guess she went to lunch. I sat patiently for 15 min. And got up and left. Poor service!

    There are 14 B of A’s within 12 miles of my house. 13 are closed or permanently closed. I tried to deposit cash in the ATM by my house. Not able to deposit or get cash. Great banking service. Time to find another bank.
