Bank of America Financial Center S Pacific Ave, San Pedro

This branch is the worst. No matter the time of day, no matter how busy it gets, the line can be through the branch and out the door there is NEVER more than 2 tellers working. But excess staff in the building and the same, presumably manager trying to look busy - while the line is OUT the door! So poorly managed and operated. Save yourself the extra 30-45 minutes (no exaggeration) and go to a different location.

I walked in today to the bank and I noticed that the attendance here if you speak Spanish the racial card is high here. My visit was not pleasant and it wasn't fast and I believe that some of the staff members are just flat out unhappy here. I highly recommend everyone to visit a different location and perhaps complaint to the upper management so things change at this location. However let's give credit where credit is due, the parking lot is large the spaces are ample and Also the parking lot is extremely clean. Side from all of that the location within is also kept clean. Theres an ATM outside for the functional and prompt. And It seems to be maintained fairly often. Everything about this location is top notch.. unfortunately the staff members need some encouragement.

I travel to BOA all over L.A. and Orange county. This is by far the worst one. No acknowledgement for 10 min. of standing in the wait area. Finally I flagged someone down. I told them I was there to meet with borrowers. Clients checked in with the same employee but the employee didn't make the connection. 20 min. later as I was leaving we connected. Not the first time this has happened here. Worthless.

Terrible branch. Only have 1 or 2 tellers and a huge line. Please do not come here. You will wait in line forever. This center needs to be closed down thats that Terrible.

Opened an account with Bank of America a long time ago, but closed my account because they gouged me with fees. Moved to a major bank with free checking and have saved over $2,180 in fees since closing my Bank of America account with crazy fees! It doesn't seem like much, but those fees add up, man!

This is by far the slowest bank of America I have ever been to, my average wait is at least 40 min's. The staff is nice but is really understaffed especially on Fridays when most people get paid. The lines to wait are ridiculously long due to not having enough teller help. The only reason I go to this bank is cause of distance all others are way to far.

So this my first time here but already notice that this is by far the slowest bank on the LA county

The line here is always incredibly long and there is no sense of urgency to get the line to go faster. Even with 10 people in line they WILL NOT open another window. Avoid this location at all cost.

Some nice people work here unfortunately the corporation B of A sucks at so many things. They are not good to their customers. I would use any other bank before Bank of America.

apparently they are very rude if you are not spanish speaking and they disappear from their posts alot, i came in to replace my lost debit card but kept seeing people who came after me getting help before me , acting like they have an appointment
